A1 Login via ICTI CARE Website 通过 ICTI 关爱网站登录 1 Internet link: 互联网链接 : http://www.icti-care.org/databases/factoryregistration.html 2. Users and Parent Company Creation. To complete the application, the system will request for the setting up of 2 users for the factory: one factory manager, one backup user and one user for the parent company. If there is no parent company, the same factory contact details can be inserted into the parent company section. The parent company user can be the same as the factory manager or backup user. 用户和母公司创建 为完成申请, 系统将要求设置 2 位工厂用户, 包括一位工厂经理和一位后备用户, 另外还需要设置一位母公司用户 如果没有母公司, 则可以在母公司部分输入相同的工厂联系信息 母公司用户可以与工厂经理或后备用户相同 1. Need to fill in all the (*) mandatory field. 所有带 (*) 的字段均为必填项 2. The system caters for the creation of 3 users, 1 parent company user and 2 factory users. If a factory does not want to create 3 different users, it can fill in the same contact details into the different user fields except for the email address. A2 Completing the Application Form 填写申请表 1 Complete all the fields until reaching the bottom of the application form 填写所有字段, 直至到达申请表底部 2. Two options available: i) Create the application form; ii) Submit the application form 提供两个选项 :i) 创建申请表 ;ii) 提交申请表 3. Create the application form if some of the fields (other than mandatory fields) cannot be completed due to unavailable information. Submit the application form if all the fields in the application can be filled in. 如果申请表中所有字段均可填写, 则提交申请表 1.
