The latter is a sub-website of HUAWEI CLOUD. It is open to global customers. 1.2 Which Languages Are Used for the Official HUAWEI CLOUD (International) Website? You must have a valid mobile phone number, payment mode, and billing address in your registration area. 3.2 Can I Use My Existing HUAWEI CLOUD (International) Account to Access HUAWEI CLOUD (China)? An account registered on (https://intl.huaweicloud.com) cannot be used to log in to or access resources on HUAWEI CLOUD (China). 3.3 Can I Use My Existing HUAWEI CLOUD (China) Account to Access? As planned, local currency settlement will be supported. 4.2 What Payment Methods Are Supported by HUAWEI CLOUD (International)? Currently, online payment and offline bank transfer are supported. An online payment supports only VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB cards in Hong Kong-China, Macau-China, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Kenya, Mauritius, South Africa, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, and Nigeria. Each payment takes 2 to 3 minutes to clear. The payment receiving account is a Hong Kong bank account owned by HUAWEI CLOUD. If you need bank transfer, consult your bank for specific time required because different countries and regions have different requirements for cross-border transfer. Generally, bank transfer takes 2 working days. These services can be purchased directly on https://intl.huaweicloud.com. 6.2 Are There Special Requirements for HUAWEI CLOUD (International) Customers to Purchase Cloud Services in Service Regions Within the Chinese Mainland? You must comply with the Chinese mainland laws and regulations, including real-name authentication and ICP licensing requirements on website hosting. If an enterprise applies to use HUAWEI CLOUD services within the Chinese mainland, the enterprise must submit the enterprise certificate issued by the registered country to complete real-name authentication. For example, if an enterprise is registered in Thailand, the enterprise must provide the certificate issued by the Thailand administrative authorities. If the enterprise wants to provide Internet services subsequently, the enterprise must apply for authentication using certificates of Chinese entities (such as branch offices in China) to meet Chinese qualification requirements such as on domain names.
