Important Notices With our Orbex Unlimited Special refresh now completed, we strongly recommend all Customers to go through our Pricing Guide in detail and if you have any queries about any of the information supplied in this Pricing Guide, please contact Orbex Support Important information for O2 subscribers O2 TuGo is not available on Orbex Unlimited Please note that unfortunately, we will no longer be supporting the O2 TuGo app (O2 WiFi Calling) as it is hosted, managed and supported by O2 directly and only available on DISE. DISE is O2 s main billing platform whereby network specified tariffs are hosted. The new O2 Orbex Unlimited proposition detailed within this guide is bespoke to Orbex and is built unlike any current DISE options. Therefore, this proposition had to be built on a separate billing platform and is currently not available on DISE. In addition, there are currently no plans for O2 to extend TuGo onto this platform. Please ensure that if/when migrating a number already on O2 and using this product, the number will no longer have functionality on its existing O2 TuGo app. O2 network roaming notifications Please be advised that when roaming on O2, you may receive welcome messages promoting products such as O2 Travel and Rest of the world pass. You should be aware that we do not support direct network roaming products and any attempt to subscribe will be unsuccessful. As an alternative, we offer a number of products to assist users when roaming worldwide including Euro Travel, World Travel Select and a large selection of roaming bundles. O2 are currently working on providing an opt-out option for these notifications and we will keep you updated as this progresses. 3

Voice and Data access is supported when roaming overseas in a wide range of countries around the world. We have roaming agreements with over 550 networks over 200 countries. Orbex Unlimited Special Explained Cease and Migration Fees A single cease fee of 35 exc. VAT will be applied per subscription whether you require a PAC or disconnection. As an incentive to loyal customers, in the event numbers are active for over 24 months, the cease fee will be waived. New Business Only This tariff is specifically aimed at new business only and therefore migrations and standard re-signs on to these tariffs are exempt. In the event you would like to move your existing connections on to the new tariffs detailed within this guide, there will be a Tariff Migration Fee of 35 exc. VAT per number. In line with our cease fee incentive to encourage loyalty, connections active for over 24 months will be exempt from this charge. No 5

Opt-in and save with Orbex Euro Travel * Orbex Euro Travel allows users full access to their UK bundles and allowances while roaming in Europe * for just 2.50 (exc. VAT) per day. Includes EU Zone 1 and 2. Our daily roaming rate is currently applicable against ALL noted event types including received SMS Any usage will debited from the user s UK bundled allowance If a user makes a call outside of zone this will be chargeable at standard roaming out of zone rates If a user exceeds their UK allowances they will be liable to roaming pence per minute rates World Travel Select * Orbex's World Travel Select allows users full access to their UK bundles and allowances while roaming worldwide * for just 5.00 (exc. VAT) per day. Orbex have opted to keep United Arab Emirates (Dubai) as an inclusive location on our World Travel Select product providing even more value to the end user. 13
Points of Note Subject to change The Orbex Unlimited tariff is subject to change. Orbex Solutions Ltd will ensure at least 30 days notice is given before any changes take effect. Pay Plan and Price List Pay Plan and Prices are regularly updated, but where tariffs and bolt-ons are not listed within this pay plan, yet appear on the tariff guides, please contact Orbex Support for more information and details. Fixed Dial SIMs Please note that any deals utilising fixed dial SIMs must be referred to Commercial for approval via Support. Gateways/Artifically Inflated Traffic (AIT) Orbex Solutions Ltd does not allow SIMs to be used in any equipment which enables the routing of calls or data (including without limitation, text or picture messages) from fixed apparatus or standard devices to mobile equipment, by establishing a mobile to mobile call or transmission. Nor does it allow the use of any equipment which enables the sending of bulk SMS, voice or data services. Orbex Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend without notice should we believe that such equipment is being used. During suspension the liability for any access charges or calls will rest with the Customer. Terms Please note any defined terms used in this Pay Plan and price list have the same meanings as set out in the mobile agreement between Orbex Solutions Ltd and the Customer (the Agreement ). The Pay Plan and/or price list may be amended and issued from time to time by Orbex Solutions Ltd. Early Termination Fees Early termination fees are applicable in all cases where a cease request has been submitted and the minimum agreed terms have not been completed. This fee is determined based on the pro rata cost of line rental remaining from the subscription s date of cease up to the end of the agreement, including any required notice periods. Questions?
