The Data center : Our Cloud is hosted from the Global Switch Data Centre provision located centrally in Ultimo, Sydney. This is Australia's largest Tier III (Tier 3) data centre facility. This location includes full N+1 redundancy in power supply, multiple UPS arrays and backup power protection. Fully protected network services are also included for all data services, with all service provision backed by an all inclusive 99.9% uptime service level agreement. How do we move you to Gumnut Cloud Server setup: Our Staff will access your current system and find out how its currently working. After analysing your system we will create all the necessary users, Access rights, Drivers for Printers and other devices that you may be using on our Server. We will also analyse your current internet line quality and speed. What do you need to do: We will advise you on your current internet line quality and speed whether we think its satisfactory for your operation. Generally speaking a good quality ADSL2+ line which is currently being offered by the major suppliers is good enough to run a average size business from our servers. Test Run: We will backup and copy your current system on to the server. We will give your staff training on how to access the system from your computers Your staff will then perform a test run parallel to your current system to make sure that everything is working well and the performance is satisfactory. Go Live: Once you are happy with the new environment we will take a final copy And the system will be operational with our staff keeping an eye on it for a few days. Gumnut Cloud Prices and Conditions User Based Hosting : Pricing depends On number of terminals ( Computers ) Used to access your system. Can be accessed from Mac or Windows computers from any location. Current Monthly Per user cost is $75.00. No contract period Pay as you Go agreement. If you are not happy we will restore back to your computers no extra charge. Additional Hosting Costs are : Web Applications for bookings, gift voucher and retail sales $50.00 per month. Mobile Applications for Staff $50.00 per month. Document management to store documents and images $50.00 per month for up to 50gb. VPN for PMS Interface $100.00 Other programs can be installed on the servers. This may have additional charges. Setup and Customisation Costs Please ask for Quotation : Initial Setup $500.00 Web Applications Customisation. Development of Customised Forms for document management and mobile apps.
