Overview The purpose of this notification is to communicate that OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (OVT) is discontinuing product(s) identified below. The timeline and terms & conditions associated with the product discontinuance are contained within this notification. Description The demand for the products contained in this notification has significantly declined. A more cost effective device with more features and improved performance metrics is available as a superior replacement. OVT is discontinuing these devices to ensure we manage our inventory and supply chain to offer our customers the best level of service as well as the most economic supply chain. Timeline Effective Date: July 31, 2014 Last Time Order Date: January 31, 2015 (6 months from PDN notification) Last Time Ship Date: July 31, 2015 (6 months from Last Time Order date; 1 year from PDN notification. OVT will continue to accept orders for products contained in this notification between the effective date and last time order date noted above. During this period, all orders will be subject to non-cancelable, non-returnable (NCNR) terms. After the last time order date, OVT will no longer accept new orders for any product contained in this notification. OVT will discontinue shipment of all products contained in this notification after the last time ship date noted above. All orders for these products must request delivery on or prior to the last time ship date. Response No response is required to this notification.
