Borne on the regular establishment and working as Works Clerks Grade I and II, Work Assistants, Draftman, Junior Architects and Electricians in the Civil Wing under Telecom Circles and possessing the following educational qualifications, namely3 years Diploma in Telecom/Electronics/Electrical/Radio/Computer Engg/ Information Technology (IT) and 7 years service in posts in Group C. Crucial date for determining the qualifying service (i.e. 7 years) will be 1st July of the respective vacancy year against which the candidature of the official is being considered.
