Slide 2 The tutorial will review how to access the Affinity Health System portal remotely and the Meditech application. Since users process information at various levels, please feel free to select the Pause, Rewind or Next button below to navigate through the screens. The Close button would allow you to close out of the tutorial. Page 2 of 17
Slide 3 The first step would be to type in the portal address of https://portal.affinityhealth.org and press Enter. Citrix is required to connect to our portal. If you do not have this program, you will need to download it to your computer. Page 3 of 17
Slide 4 The Affinity portal log in screen will appear and will require you to enter your user ID and password that was assigned to you by Affinity Health System. Select the User name field. Type in the User name provided to you. Page 4 of 17
Slide 5 Select the Password field. If this is your first time entering your password, you will be required to change your password. Type in the temporary password provided to you. The password is case sensitive. You will be prompted to change your Network password on first log on. Note - Meditech is a separate application so you will have a password to access the portal and a password to gain access to Meditech. If you like you can select the same password for both the Portal and Meditech. Choose an 8 character password (alphabetic, numeric or alphanumeric but no special characters please). Page 5 of 17

Slide 7 Once logged on you will be brought to a page with icons and/or folders depending on the access you have been granted. Meditech stores our medical information. Some Providers may have additional folders depending on their access. Please disregard the MyHRKiosk icon as this icon comes across for all Portal users and is intended for Affinity employees. Double click on the Meditech folder. Page 7 of 17
Slide 8 The Meditch icon will appear. If you are missing the icon, please call the Affinity Health System Help Desk at 628-9400 for assistance. Double click on the Meditech icon to open the application. Page 8 of 17

Slide 10 Click in the Select field and type in a number 1 to access the Live system. Press **ENTER ** to continue. Do not use the TAB key. Page 10 of 17
Slide 11 Remember you have established a password to log into the portal; you will now be establishing a password to access Meditech. Meditech is a separate application. Click in the USER ID field and type in the ID provided to you. Remember to press the ENTER key between the User ID and Password fields. If you select the TAB key but enter the correct User ID and password, it will fail. You will not see anything as you type the USER ID or PASSWORD. If you make an error, you cannot backspace or delete but you can use the F10 key to delete the line and begin again. Three unsuccessful attempts will lock the keyboard for 60 seconds.. If you have 2 failed login attempts you can close out or press F11 to go back to the Live/Test screen which would begin the logon process again. After you have entered in the USER ID, press ENTER to continue. Page 11 of 17
Slide 12 When you type in the temporary password provided to you and press ENTER, the application will ask you to change your password. Press ENTER again to continue. Page 12 of 17
Slide 13 Type in your new password choice. Choose an 8 character password (alphabetic, numeric or alphanumeric but no special characters please). Reminder - you can choose to make your Meditech password the same as your password to access the Porta. Select the ENTER key to continue. Page 13 of 17
