The Voyage Platform allows the students to get easily in touch with the labour market. Thanks to the registration in the Voyage platform the student can create their personal CV, certified by the University of belonging, have easy access to information on job/internship opportunities, reply to job offers directly through the platform, be contacted by the companies. Also the Voyage platform gives the students the possibility to evaluate their university experience thanks to the online questionnaire. VOYAGE Platform-Instruction for Use 1.Student 1.1. Registration and CV publication On the platform (http://voyage.almalaurea.it/) click on the Students. In student are you can perform different actions: view all university courses, create your CV, access the job offers and reply to the job offer published directly through the platform. To do so, you have to register to the Voyage platform. From the Home page, click on Registration. 2
Select your university, choose your degree using the filters (Faculty and degree level) and click on Confirm. 3
Fill in the form with your personal details, and click on Save. The fields indicated by the asterisk must be filled out. 4
To finalize the registration you have to choose a password and give the consent to the processing of your personal data and the visibility of the CV. Once the registration in completed a pop up will appear. You will receive via e-mail the credentials to access the system: 5
Following the registration you can enter the platform by simply login from the student home area. Once registered you access to Student Reserved Area you have first to fill out the online questionnaire so to create your CV. Personal CV in fact are in part created by the system by using the Questionnaire information on academic career ecc. The questionnaire is a tool to allow the student to provide their direct assessment on the university career they are going to conclude. First step is to fill out the questionnaire by clicking on fill out the questionnaire. The online survey is organized in different sections as education and training, skills, study and exams, job activities carried out during studies, study abroad experiences, faculties, information about the family, future intentions and perspectives. Once you complete all sections and before submitting the questionnaire, 6
indication on the rate of completion of each section will appear. You can eventually modify the section before submitting it. When your questionnaire is done, you can click on print the pdf version of receipt so to get the receipt for filling the questionnaire. 7

From the student reserved area you can access to the CV. CV is organized in different sections: Education, study Abroad, Work Experience, Language Skills, Skills, Personal skills and competences, Activities, Publication and credits, attachments, Preferred job. You can change and improve your CV at any time. The left bar provides you with the rate of completion of the CV. 9
By clicking on your CV in pdf format you can print your CV in Europass form. The platform allows you to activate your alert: enable/disable alert. 10
1.2. Find a job offer and send your application Students > Job Offers From the students area, click on Job offers to consult the job offers database. Use the different filters to find the job offers that best fit your profile: Company area, Business Sector, Degree Type, Location. 11
Click on the Job offer to see the details: about the job, about the candidate, about the company. To apply for the position, click on Apply Now at the bottom of the page. Before sending your application, you have the possibility to update your profile following different steps: Step 1: check or update your CV. The platform automatically helps you improving your CV, indicating the missing parts sections. Step 2: write a presentation letter to the company in maximum 1000 characters. Step 3: choose the language in which you want to send your application (if possible, according to the company s preference). Step 4: check your CV. Download your CV in pdf and visualize it as it will appear to the company. In this way, you can make sure you did not forget anything. 12
You will receive an email confirming that your application has been sent. 13
