MY CHURCHILL DOWNS ACCOUNT Through your My Churchill Downs Account, you will have 24-hour access to manage your tickets free of charge! Using your My Churchill Downs Account, you can: «Renew and purchase tickets to your favorite race dates and events «Transfer your ticket(s) to friends «Print or reprint your ticket(s) to any home or office printer «Safely and securely sell your ticket(s) through Ticket Exchange «View your ticket(s) on your mobile device Managing your tickets through your My Churchill Downs Account is convenient, simple, secure, and allows you the ultimate flexibility in using your seats. To log in to your My Churchill Downs Account via desktop computer, navigate to https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/churchill. Enter your account ID or the primary email address on your account for your username and password associated with your account. If you are logging in via mobile device or app, use the primary email address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary password emailed to you. If your temporary password does not work, your account may be locked due to inactivity or associated to an alternate email address. Once logged in, you may change your password and account information through the edit my profile link on the home page. Finding your Invoice Once you have logged in, any current invoices will be listed on the top right-hand side of the screen under the Your Invoice section. Multiple invoices may be displayed here. You can expand and contract the invoice details by clicking on the green triangles to the left of the invoice names. Expand the invoice you would like to make a payment on. STEP 1: Click the top Pay Now button to make a payment on the invoice. 3

The next page will itemize each seat or fee on the invoice. STEP 2: Review the items listed and click continue in the bottom righthand corner if it appears to be correct. 4

Making a Payment on your Invoice The next section will ask you to select a payment plan for your invoice. At this time, the only option is to make a single payment. STEP 3: Click on the radio button to select the single payment method and click continue. 5

On the next screen, you may choose to pay with one or multiple credit cards. *Note that online invoice payments may only be completed by credit card. There is no ach option. STEP 4: information. Payment Confirmations Your payment has now been processed. It may take a couple business days for the payment to post to your account. The final page may act as a payment confirmation. Print or save this page for your records. Clicking the home button will take you back to the home page of Account Manager where you may view other invoices, manage your tickets, or make updates to your profile information. Also, a payment confirmation email will be sent automatically to the primary email address on file. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folders for an email from noreply.ticketing@kyderby.com with the subject: Your Churchill Downs invoice payment has been received. 7

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS I cannot log into the My Churchill Downs account desktop site. To log in to your My Churchill Downs Account via a desktop computer, use your account ID or the primary email address on your account. If you are logging in via a mobile device, you must use the primary email address on your account. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Your Password? to have a temporary password emailed to you.
