Please confirm whether the mobile phone supports wireless charging. 2. Cell phone jacket should not be metal structure. 3. The temperature of mobile phone is too high. 4. Short circuit damage at mobile phone receiver. (2) When the charger is not charged, the green light does not turn on. 1. Verify whether the USB cable is broken, disconnected, short-circuited and in good contact. 2. Verify that the adapter is good and supports 5V2A, QC2.0 and QC3.0 output. 3. Is the adapter in good contact with the base? (3) When the charger is powered up, the green light is flashing all the time. 1. If the temperature of the center position of the wireless charger coil exceeds the protection point (65 + 3.5 C), the charging will stop and the temperature will drop below 48 degrees to recharge. 2. The input voltage is lower than 4.5V or higher than 9.9V. 3. The mobile phone has metal sundries.

(3) It can be charged, but the charging time is too long. 1. Please confirm whether the mobile phone supports 7.5W fast charging or 10W fast charging. 2. Make sure that the adapter supports QC2.0 or QC3.0. 3. The USB port has charging function only. 4. Make sure the phone is on standby and off. 5. High ambient temperature and poor heat dissipation of mobile phones will lead to long charging time.
