Logging In Logging into the new website is just as simple as ever Fill in your credentials: *these credentials will be the same as your previous log in credentials Email address linked to your account example@lornajane.com.au or your Customer ID# 8LJA001 Password you have for your account Press Log In If your credentials do not work you can use the forgot your password? link, which will send an email to the nominated account email address to reset the password. Please make sure you have access to this inbox before you use the link. 5
Forgot Password You only need to type in your Registered Email address and press Confirm for the link to be sent. It should only take a few minutes. Press Cancel to return to log in page Change Language Use the Language Drop down menu to change for either English or Mandarin 6

Adding items to your bag Type the Quantity you would like to order in each of the Sizes in the box underneath (shown below) Any Out of Stock items will be clearly identified After making your selection click ADD TO BAG If you like the item but don t want to purchase just yet you can ADD TO WISH LIST Price will be displayed excluding license fees 8
Reviewing your bag 1. You can click on your Shopping Bag at any time to quickly view what you are purchasing 2. This dropdown will show each item, size and colour with your selected quantities and the current total of your order. Click on Checkout when you want to purchase 3. In the My Bag screen you can view your entire purchase and edit product quantities or delete unwanted styles by clicking remove. From this screen, you will also be able to view the single price and the total price of each product in the left hand column and the Grand Total on the right. Click Checkout to move to shipping and payment options. 9
Checkout 1. Billing address: You can click the dropdown and choose an already saved billing address or you can choose to add a new billing address. 2. Shipping Address: This is where your order will be shipped to. You can choose from an already saved address or add a new shipping address. There is also same as billing address option. 10
Checkout 3. Delivery preferences: These preferences are based on your account and warehouse so please choose the most suitable for you. Please note: freight charges may be invoiced separately and will not be shown on the website any questions concerning freight please contact your account manager. 4. Review your cart, this is your last opportunity before payment to change your order. If you would like to make changes press Amend Basket. Press Proceed to Pay to progress the payment of the order 11
Checkout 5. Make Payment: you have a choice paying by credit card or pay by your account which means you can pay later online or contact wholesale.payments@lornajane.com.au with your remittance. Credit card payments will need Card number, expiry, Name on the card and the CVV code. Account payments will have a confirmation amount shown. Press PAY to complete order 12
Order Summary Once you have confirmed payment you will be shown an Order Summary. Here you can see your order number, status, price and product. At the bottom of the order summary you will be able to view your billing and shipping information. 13
Account Information Personal Information The My Account section shows Personal Information Order History Outstanding Invoices Address Book Password Financial Details Logout Personal Information lists the; Name on the account Email address linked to the account Mobile telephone: if applicable If you need to make changes to this information, please contact your Account Manager Order History Your Order History lists each order you have placed. From this screen, you can see the details and the status of your orders. Any order that has a status as invoiced can be tracked. You can also use the search text box to search for an order number 14
Outstanding Invoices The Outstanding invoices sections shows all your payments waiting to be made and their details. You can choose to pay these online by credit card at any time. Please use the steps in CHECKOUT to pay for your outstanding invoices. Address Book Address book is where you can Add, Edit or Remove all your Shipping, billing and delivery addresses. 15
Password To change your password, you will need to enter your accounts current password. Your new password can be any length or mixture of alphabetical or numerical sequence. It will also need to be confirmed before you press update. Financial Details Your Financial Details outlines: Your Account Balance Your Credit Limit if applicable And your Currency 16
Log out To Logout of the Online portal you can; Use the silhouette on the page header and choose Logout in the drop down or My Account page as the last option. This will take you back to the Log in Page. 17
