In order to utilize services, a prepaid customer s account must be active and have remaining service credit. b. Service credit may be replenished through top-up card or E-top-up. c. Service credit validity is based on SIM validity; service credit will remain available as long as the SIM is active. d. Customer accounts will remain active for 90 days after the time a customer makes use of Oordeoo outgoing services, including voice calls, SMS messages, value-added services and data services, or when a customer receives a call from a 3 rd party network. e. Each customer will be able to choose new or changed services, through USSD, SMS, IVR, self-care apps or Call Center, unless otherwise specified. 2. SIM Cards SIM Card price: MMK 1,500 SIM Card Credit a. Offer details: Each customer will receive MMK 500 credit per month for the first three months of service (included credit). b. The total amount of included credit available is MMK 1,500. Page 2 of 5
c. Eligible Customers: all newly-activated SIM cards on the Ooredoo network. d. Included credit will serve as preloaded airtime balance. e. The customer will receive the first installment of MMK 500 on activation of the service, and automatically receive the next installments of MMK 500 at intervals of 30 days. f. Unused credit will be forfeited at the end of each 30 day period. g. i. The account must be in an active state to utilize included credit; i Included credit may not be transferred to another account; Any remaining included credit balance will be forfeited at midnight on the 30 th day after it is credited. SIM Card initial data credit a. Offer details: Each customer will receive a credit of 10MB of data on first activation of the SIM. b. Eligible Customers: all newly-activated SIM cards on the Ooredoo network c. Offer validity: 7 days d. i. The account must be in an active state to utilize included data credit; Included data credit may not be transferred to another account; i Any remaining included credit balance will be forfeited at midnight on the 7 th day after activation. 3. Data Bundles The table below describes data bundles, which may purchased and used alone or in addition to other bundles. All active customers with sufficient credit and compatible devices may subscribe to the bundled offer. b. Each data bundle includes 20 MB of included Facebook data usage per day during the bundle s validity period. c. Facebook usage is deducted from a separate Facebook allowance, but external content that is available on Facebook will be charged at applicable data rates. d. The bundle is valid for the applicable validity period. e. Usage during the validity period in excess of the included allowance will be charged at standard rates. f. Allowance remaining at the end of the validity period will not be carried over to a subsequent validity period. g. Data bundles may be utilized in addition to other bundles, unless otherwise specified. h. If multiple bundles are active, usage will be deducted from the bundle with the shortest validity. i. Combination of bundles: i. Same bundles: the customer may have up to three bundles of the same type active simultaneously. Each bundle s validity period starts at the time of bundle activation. i Internet Weekly pack on Day 0, Day 4 and Day 5. The first Internet Weekly will expire on Day 7, the 2 nd Weekly Pack on Day 11 and the 3 rd Weekly Pack on Day 12. Different bundles: the customer may also have different packs active simultaneously, up to 3 of each type. Charging priorities: in case there are several data bundles active simultaneously, the system will deduct usage from the bundle with shortest remaining validity period. 4. Chat packs. Chat packs will allow usage of Viber text chatting service up to the included thresholds during the applicable validity period. b. Chat packs may be purchased in addition to other available bundles or offers. c. Viber voice calling service is not included and will be charged at applicable data rates. d. If a Chat Pack is active along with another data bundle, any usage of Viber will be deducted from the Chat Pack first. e. Usage during the validity period in excess of included allowance will fall back to any other bundles active at the time, or be charged standard data rates. Offer details: Each eligible customer will receive an Ooredoo SIM card at no charge and the included voice, messaging and data usage credit detailed above (included credit). b. Eligible Customers: all purchasers of Samsung Galaxy V handsets at eligible Ooredoo Myanmar dealers. c. Included credit will serve as preloaded airtime balance. d. The customer will receive the first installment of 100 minutes on-net, 100 SMS on-net and 100 MB data on activation of the service, and automatically receive the next installments of the same bundled usage at intervals of 30 days for three consecutive periods. e. Unused credit will be forfeited at the end of each 30 day period. f. This offer is in addition to any existing promotions or benefits. g. i.
