B. Clearing Cache Instructions This will only need to be done once per browser type. a. Internet Explorer: i. How to Clear the cache and cookies in Internet Explorer 8 Once your browser is open, click the Tools menu. o Click on Delete Browsing History... o o o o o Select Temporary Internet Files o Select Cookies o Select History o Click the Delete button near the bottom of the window to delete your temporary files (i.e. clear your cache). 2

b. How to clear the cache and cookies in Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11. o Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history... o Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete. 3

o You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies. c. Chrome: 1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. 2. Select Tools. 3. Select Clear browsing data. 4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. 5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything. 6. Click Clear browsing data. 4

d. Firefox: o Click the menu button and choose Options o Select the Advanced panel. o Click on the Network tab. o In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now. o Click OK to close the Options window Try again to load the page again with the URL address http://navweb.mom365.com/login.aspx C. Login Page a. After the correct page loads please enter in Hospital ID b. Select login button 5

E. Uploading a. After customer required information is entered you can begin uploading photo s. There are two ways of doing this. b. New Version i. This is the default load for the web page after you log in ii. Select add Photo s button. 1. This will pop up the Select files. You can browse to file location were the camera or SD card is at. iii. You will do a file drill down to where the photos are located Please note you can select all of your 8 photos with this by using the shift mouse click options if you have a card reader or the images are located on your local hard drive. You cannot pull the images directly from the camera via USB cable. After you choose your photo s click on open iv. It will start to load process on web page 8

v. This what it looks like after it is done loading vi. What it looks like when photos are loaded c. Classic Version i. Select the view classic version at the upper right hand side of web page under the tittle bar 9

a. Web page will reload and looks like this b. Click on the browse icon under the photo placement box i. Choose file to upload box will appear c. You can browse to the location of your camera or SD card and drill down to file location your photos are at 10

d. Please note you can only select one photo at a time and have to upload before you can browse the next photo you want to upload After you select your photo you want to upload don t brows all of the empty boxes and then upload it will wipe your other browsed photo out e. After Photos are uploaded f. You can remove, replace or rotate photos. After your done select the transmit button at the bottom right. You want to transmit before you print the proof sheet F. Transmitting a. Transmit button is located at the bottom right hand corner of web page i. You will get transmit message as this is processing for you located near the bottom left side of web page 11

ii. You will get a Successful transmission message when task is completed located near the bottom left side of web page G. Print Proof a. At the bottom left hand side you should see the print proof button is now not greyed out. Select the button b. Firefox or IE browsers i. The printer selection will pop up 1. Select your printer and then the print button 12

c. Chrome browser i. Print page will open a. Select Print button if you want this to print to your default printer H. Finishing up your session a. When you are finished select done at the bottom right hand of the web page b. You will get a message pop out box from web page i. Select ok and it will It will redirect you to the initial login page for NavWeb 13
