It s your choice. Use one, a combination, or enjoy all three depending on the capabilities of your mobile device. 1. Mobile Banking Application (App) Banking has never been so easy. Quickly access your personal accounts safely and securely in one convenient place with our Mobile App. Save a trip to the bank. Deposits checks with ease using Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (MRDC).* 2. SMS Text Banking No smartphone? No problem. Request and receive account information via text message. 3. Mobile Web Browser Banking Use your mobile web browser to do your banking anywhere you can access the Internet. Make transfers, view balances and more. * Mobile Remote Deposit Capture is only available to eligible customers who meet our standard service requirements and guidelines. 3

User Enrollment TAKE US WHEREVER YOU GO! Enjoy the conveniences Mobile Banking has to offer right at your finger tips. Before you begin, there are a few things you ll need to get started. 1. You must be enrolled in personal SunNet Online Banking. Not enrolled in personal Online Banking? Enrolling is simple and provides additional access to your account information. Visit: www.firstnational1870.com, select Enroll Now in the Online Banking login window. 2. Already enrolled in personal Online Banking? GREAT! You re one step closer to enjoying the complete convenience of Mobile Banking. 3. Now you are ready to enroll in Mobile Banking. Let s get started. To begin, follow the step-by-step instructions located in this personal user guide. 2

Mobile Banking Enrollment 1 NEXT, ENROLL IN MOBILE BANKING 1. Log into Personal SunNet Online Banking. 2. Click Mobile Banking on the large menu. 3. Select Enroll. 4. Select your preferred and valid mobile phone number for your Mobile Banking account. You will be able to access Mobile Banking from multiple mobile devices, but only one mobile phone number can be registered per Personal SunNet Online Banking user. Your mobile phone must have SMS text messaging and/or Internet access through a web enabled browser. Keep your mobile phone handy to help you complete the Mobile Banking enrollment process. 5. Carefully read and accept the Mobile Disclaimer. 2 3 4

Mobile Banking Enrollment HOW TO ENROLL Continued 6. Complete the Mobile Banking Enrollment form by selecting your user credentials. Select a Mobile Login (username) that is 2 to 32 characters in length and includes numbers and/or letters. Provide your mobile phone number beginning with area code. Do not use hyphens. Create a Mobile Password that s 8-15 characters in length. You can use numbers or a combination of numbers and letters. Confirm your Mobile Password. 7. Select ENROLL to accept and process your Mobile Banking enrollment. 6 7 5

Two text messages will be sent immediately to the mobile device connected with the mobile phone number you provided to authenticate your phone number. 1 st Text Message: This messages asks you to confirm and complete enrollment in Sunflower Bank s Mobile Banking service. Text YES to complete the enrollment process. 2 nd Text Message: This message confirms mobile browser banking is enabled. 9. Once you reply YES, a third message is received. 3 rd Text Message: This message confirms that your phone has been enabled for Mobile Banking through SMS text messages. 10. Download our Mobile Banking App for Apple devices: 1. Visit the App Store on your Apple iphone, ipod Touch or ipad. 2. Search for Sunflower Bank, First National 1870 or SB & FN 1870. 3. Look for our App icon shown above. Select the App from the App Store. 4. Follow the instructions to download and install the SB & FN 1870 Mobile Banking application. 5. To log in to the Mobile Banking App, use the Mobile Login you created during enrollment. Select LOG IN. 6. Answer the PassMark Authentication Challenge Question and select Authenticate. 7. Follow instructions to download and install the SB & FN 1870 Mobile Banking application. 5. To log in to the Mobile Banking App, use the Mobile Login you created during enrollment. Select LOG IN. 6. Mobile Banking App Log In Mobile Banking App Log In After you download the App, log in and let your mobile device become your personal on-the-go Banker. Secure access to your financial information is available when you need it. 1. Select the SB & FN 1870 Mobile App icon located on your device. 2. Enter your Username & Password. At first login, answer the secure challenge question. 3. If desired, select Remember Username. This option not recommended for added security. 4. Click Log In. The account balances page is the landing page. 5. Click to reveal additional Mobile Banking features. 5 2 3 4 The images shown above are based on an Apple device. 8

Mobile Banking Features Mobile Banking Features Take control of your time and money. You can access all Mobile Banking features easily and in one place. ACCOUNT BALANCES: A balance inquiry screen returns the available balance for each of the accounts that are linked to your Mobile Banking Login. Click icon to reveal Mobile Banking menu. TRANSFER: Select the Transfer from account and to account from the drop-down menu and then the amount of the transfer. Click Complete Transfer. A response will be returned with transfer details. BILL PAY: Submit Bill Payments to payees previously set up in SunNet Online Banking at your convenience. DEPOSIT: Remotely deposit a check to your Sunflower Bank approved accounts. SETTINGS: Change your password and other settings based on user preference. ABOUT: Provides Mobile Banking Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. CONTACT US: Contact our Customer Care Center by calling 888-827-5564. LOCATIONS: Enter a zip code or a city/state combination and then select ATMs or bank locations. Select LOCATE and the mobile phone s GPS will respond with a list of matching locations. LOG OFF: Select to Log Off Mobile Banking. 9

Mobile App Bill Pay Mobile App Bill Pay With our Mobile Banking App, managing and paying your bills has never been easier. From your device you can make payments to payees you ve previously created and set up through Online Banking. In addition, you can review and edit all bill payments scheduled through the Mobile App in Online Banking. 1. Select the Payee from the menu. 2. Next, select the Account to pay the bill from. 3. Check Deposit History Review Check Deposit History To get started, select Deposit from the Mobile Banking menu. 1. Next, select Deposit History from the menu. 2. Your deposit history is displayed by date. 1 2 Please note, all submitted deposits are subject to review before considered final. A deposit submitted successfully does not mean the funds are immediately available for use. In general, funds from mobile deposits will be made available on the next business day, after the day of your deposit, unless a hold is applied. 12

Logging Off the Mobile App Log Off the Mobile App When you log out of the Mobile App you will be returned to the App Login page. 1. Click 2. Click Log Off. Once logged off, you are returned to the Log In screen. For security purposes, you will automatically be logged off the App after sixty (60) seconds of inactivity. 1 2 13

SMS Text Banking SMS Text Banking You can also use simple commands to access your account information through the convenience of text messaging. Text Desired Commands to: 469228 Balance Inquiry Transactions Account Details Transfer Request available balances for all linked accounts Commands: BALANCE, BAL, B Example: BAL <account nickname> Request the last five transactions for an account Commands: Transactions <account nickname>, STATEMENT, HISTORY, RECENT, TRAN Example: TRAN <account nickname> Request account details such as account nickname, balance, and type of account Commands: Details <account nickname> Example: Details <primary checking> Perform a funds transfer between linked accounts Commands: TRANSFER, XFER, or X Example: XFER <amount> TO <account nickname> Help Send a help message and obtain ways to get help Commands: HELP ALL, HELP BAL Example: HELP ALL Stop Send a stop message to disable mobile access Commands: END, STOP, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE Example: STOP Standard text messaging and data fees for web access from your mobile service provider may apply. To launch Mobile Banking from any web-enabled mobile device visit: www.sunflowerbank.mobi 1. Log in to Mobile Banking using the Mobile Login you created during enrollment. 2. Select LOG IN. 3. Answer the PassMark Authentication Challenge question. 4. Select Authenticate. 5. Confirm your PassMark image and phrase. 6. Enter your Mobile Password and select LOG IN. 7.
