There are additional programs that extend the abilities of the application onto your PC desktop, and to your Android or ios device. Use the apps to place calls, manage your presence, and much more. DOWNLOADING THE CLIENT SOFTWARE Launch Web Manager and login using your Self Administration credentials. On the personal account details page, go to the Download tab. IP OFFICE SOFTCONSOLE The Avaya IP Office SoftConsole is a Windows-based user interface for your corporate telephone operator. It displays call information and provides call handling functions. This enables your operator to answer calls, transfer calls to the correct individual, and manage incoming calls, all from their computer desktop. It also provides login options for back-up operators. IP Office SoftConsole users can simultaneously view caller and directory information (for pointand-click routing), held calls, and the phone status of the entire company. Download the client program to your computer, then run the installer. Select the language for the installation from the dropdown list. Click Next. Accept the License Agreement and click Next. AVAYA EQUINOX FOR WINDOWS Avaya Equinox for Windows turns your computer into a powerful instrument for communications and collaboration that works with your Avaya desktop telephone, and enables you to work without compromise from anywhere. Features include support for voice & video, conferencing, instant messaging, presence, corporate directory access, desktop integration and remote worker support. Download the client program to your computer, then run the installer. When the wizard starts, click Next. Accept the License Agreement and click Next. When finished, launch the app. AVAYA COMMUNICATOR FOR WEB Avaya Communicator for Web is designed to work with IP Office Preferred Edition, IP Office Server Edition, and IP Office Select through the use of the one-x Portal Web Service APIs (call control, directory), XMPP over BOSH (Instant Messaging and Presence), and WebRTC (Voice and Video calling). Once loaded, users can authorize themselves via their Google, Salesforce.com, or Office 365 accounts. Server address information for the IP Office server may either be entered manually or provisioned automatically for users and their IP Office account. Click the link to open the Chrome Webstore. When prompted, click Add Extension. Select the credentials you want to use and login to the application. Hint: If you don t already have one, click Create account. This will open the accounts.zang.io web page in your browser where you can make a new account. When selecting Google credentials, you will be asked which Google account to use to access the program with. Choose an account, or enter the details for another. 2018-2019, Avaya Inc. Click Accept to give the program the necessary permissions to your data. For Office 365 credentials, the browser will open the Office 365 login screen. Select this option, then sign-in with your Office 365 credentials. Note: An active Office 365 account is required. Enter your Salesforce username and password in the spaces provided. Click Log in when ready. If prompted to grant Avaya Communicator the necessary permissions, click Allow. Note: An active Salesforce account is required. Use Email account provides a web-based authentication solution for sites where security profiles and other considerations make other login options impossible. A user account must be created before a login can proceed. When prompted, enter your username and password. Click Sign In. If prompted to grant permissions, click Allow. 2018-2019, Avaya Inc.
