If you are using Windows 10, opening Word will work in a different way. You need top copy this folder to the Documents folder: the folder At the bottom of the window you see a bar. The practice files will be copied to the computer: After a while, the download operation is finished: Now the practice files folder has been saved in the Downloads folder on the computer s hard disk, and this folder is now opened. This is a compressed (zipped) folder, which means that the files have been compressed in order to minimize their size.
You can extract (unzip) the files: If necessary, click the tab Create a new folder and call it Practice files Word: Type: Practice files Word Press
The new folder is selected: Now you extract the files. The files will be directly placed in the Documents folder. Uncheck the box by During the extraction operation you will see a small window:
The compressed folder is saved in the Downloads folder. This window is still open. You are going to delete the compressed folder: If necessary, click the folder the tab Close all the windows Now the practice files have been stored on your computer s hard disk.
