Protecting Hawaii s Critical Infrastructure The Par Hawaii refinery in Kapolei, Oahu is the state s only operating refinery, producing approximately 115,000 barrels per day of petroleum products Par operates an integrated network of fuel-distribution assets, with 5.4 million barrels of storage and 27 miles of pipelines on the island of Oahu extending from the Kapolei refinery to terminals at the Daniel K.
