Connector system The connector system by Amisco includes a complete range of solutions for the most common connections of the coils for solenoid valves. The connectors with cable entry conform to Industry Standard EN 175301-803 (formerly DIN 43650) are normally used to supply power to solenoid valves. The connectors are rated to offer protection to IP 65 (complying to IEC 60529) that means reliable performance when exposed to fluids and dust, when correctly assembled with the gaskets and screws which complete the package. The robust one piece contacts are produced in silver plated brass. It has been paid particular attention to the contact with a new design which offers protection between the screw and the wire to prevent damage to the conductors during assembly, and as a result provides a totally secure connection. The circuit diagram is printed externally on top of each connector to assist circuit identification. A mechanical spring offers a secure and robust assembly between the contact holder and housing. On the following pages you will find the technical information necessary for selecting the right option. In the product range you will find optional solutions which include connectors with transparent housing, versions with diodes, varistors or capacitors which offer overvoltage protection.
