Trestle Quick Start Guide Introduction Trestle from CoreLogic is a data management and productivity solution that will be released in multiple phases. The initial launch of Trestle is explicitly designed to expedite the Web API certification defined by the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and mandated by the National Association of REALTORS. During this initial phase, Trestle features pertaining to general data distribution are disabled. To expedite RESO certification for your multiple listing organization, you must complete two tasks: 1. Subscribe to Trestle 2. Enable a Trestle Connection for RESO The documentation below outlines the steps required for each task. In subsequent releases, Trestle will enable you to fully manage data feeds and connections, empowering you to establish policies and fees for your data feeds, establish your data licensing terms, and leverage an embedded e-commerce solution that will deposit collected fees directly into your bank account. Trestle is a complete solution that will not only simplify your operations, but will also cast a powerful spotlight on your organization s commitment to empowering your brokers and the technology providers who support them. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Enable this connection a 2 nd time to grant RESO access to your data for certification. Page 6 Trestle Quick Start Guide Release 1.0
In Step 5, and to complete the process, click Done. To conclude this process, Trestle automatically displays the updated list of approved connections for your multiple listing organization. RESO will be the only Connection on the list. This display is your confirmation that RESO will begin certification testing and contact you when it is complete. No further action from you is required at this time. This concludes the instructions on how to subscribe to Trestle and initiate RESO certification testing. Though this process, you have been introduced to connections the exciting component that enables you to engage directly with technology providers and brokers. 2016 CoreLogic, Inc.
