E-mail your dissemination requests to dutyofficer@ncric.org. The NCRIC s Roam Secure Alert Network (RSAN) Available to Your Agency to provide immediate threat/status information. Capable of transmitting 18,000 text messages/minute to key NCRIC members portable electronic devices and e-mail U//FOUO
