Chapter 1: Introduction 1.1 Product Introduction This device enables you wirelessly transmit music from your PC or Notebook to your speaker, headset without messy wires. 1.5 Hardware Description Figure 1: Wireless Audio Dongle (USB Transmitter) 1. Pair Button 2. Status LED When the transmitter is plugged into available USB port, a Status LED of the transmitter blinks green. It then lights a solid green until there is an audio to transmit. MN6000000037 Page 5

When the power supply is plugged in, the Status LED of the receivers blinks blue. When the receiver and transmitter are communicating with each other, the Status LED turn a solid blue. Chapter 2: Getting Started 2.1 Driver Installation 2.1.1 Installation for Windows 1. Close all various media player application such as Windows Media Player, itune and etc before plugging the Wireless Audio Dongle into the PC/laptop. Windows will detect the Wireless Audio Dongle automatically. 2. To verify whether the device is working. Select Control -> Device Manager. 2.1.2 Installation for Mac OS X 1. Close all various media player application such as Quick time player, itune and etc before plugging the Wireless Audio Dongle into the PC/laptop. Mac OS X will detect the Wireless Audio Dongle automatically. 2. To verify whether the device is working. Go to Preferences -> Sound. Under the properties of Sound -> Output tab, depending on the PC/laptop, all various audio devices available in the system will be displayed. Make sure that USB 4CH Wireless Audio is selected as show in the figure below. MN6000000037 Page 8
2.2 Power up 1. Plug the bundled power adapter into the power jack of the Wireless Audio Box (Receiver). 2. Press the Pair button on the receiver unit for 3 seconds and release it, then press the Pair button on the USB transmitter for 1 sec. You will see the LEDs will keep on once it paired successfully. Note: By default the USB transmitter and receiver units are pre-paired in the factory so the user doesn t require to pair it again when connect it to the PC/laptop. MN6000000037 Page 9
2.3 Setup Quadraphonic Surround Sound 2.3.1 Setup for Windows 1. Clicking on Start>Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Sound. Depending on the PC/laptop, all various audio device available in the system will be displayed. Make sure that USB 4CH Wireless Audio is selected as shown in the figure below. 2. In the Speaker Setup Window, choosing Quadraphonic. Make sure the speakers that connected to the Wireless Audio Box (Receiver) are turned on and the volume is turned up enough so you can hear them. Click the Test button and listen as Windows tests each of the speakers. 2.3.2 Setup for Mac OS X 1. Open the Audio MIDI Setup application (Located in your Utilities folder). 2. Select USB 4CH Wireless Audio, then click on the Configure Speakers button. MN6000000037 Page 11
