1. Installation You can start the installation by downloading the extension package (.zip) file from your dashboard-account under my downloads on magmodules.eu and follow the installation instructions below. Note: Creating a backup is recommend and will allow you to revert back to a previous version of your Magento files if something unexpected happens during the extension installation. If this is your first backup, take additional care to verify that the backup is both complete and functional by performing a trial run of your recovery process. The installation can be done by FTP using the package from www.magmodules.eu and this guide or you can install the extension using the Magento Marketplace connection. All information about the installation and configuration can also be found on https://www.magmodules.eu/help/ Installation Guide 4
1 - Disable compilation If you have compilation enabled in your Magento store please disable it before installing the extension. You can check compilation state in System > Tools > Compilation, see Compiler Status. If Compiler Status is set to enable, please disable it with the button on the top right. If you don't do so there's a good chance you'll temporarily break your Magento installation. After the full installation you can run the compilation process again if it was set to enabled. 2 - Upload the extension files Enable the cache under System > Cache Management. Extract the extension package ZIP-file (using Winzip, WinRar, etc) and upload the app folder to the root directory of the Magento installation. All folders should match the existing folder structure. If one of our extensions is already installed and you're updating it, make sure to overwrite the existing files of the extension. Installation Guide 5
2.1 - Merge extension files For Mac OS users using Transmit. If you are installing the extension in a local environment or you are using Transmit, make sure to merge and not to replace the existing folder's contents. Otherwise, your app and skin folder will be removed. Installation Guide 6
