FISHER AUTO PARTS CATALOG INSTRUCTION SHEET LOGIN Login at www.federatedlink.com SEARCH BY VEHICLE You can select the vehicle application (Car, HD, Motorcycle, ATV, etc) using the drop down box. Then choose the vehicle Year, Make, and Model like any other catalog. After selecting Year, Make, and Model, click the Next button. You can also select a previously entered vehicle by using this drop down, or enter a VIN to obtain full vehicle information. Once a vehicle is selected the category list will appear. Select the part category to display a list of part types in that category. You can select multiple categories to view all the corresponding part types all at once.
To quickly list all the necessary parts for a Total Job, click the Total Job button to display a list of typical replacements and the corresponding parts. Once you have the part selected you want (whether by using the category view or the total job view), click the Next Button. SEARCH BY PART TYPE Instead of narrowing your results by category you can use the Part Type Search to quickly search for a specific part type. Select one or multiple part types you want to view. The catalog will automatically show the related category. Click the Next button to view the catalog results screen.
CATALOG RESULTS SCREEN FILTER RESULTS BY BRAND, POSITION, ETC. You can filter results by brand and other attributes by clicking Filter Results and checking the items you want to filter by. The catalog will automatically update the results. Click Reset at the bottom to clear the filter. PRODUCT DETAIL Click the product name to open a page with more details on the part including multiple images, Interchange and Buyer s Guide information.
LABOR GUIDE On the Catalog Results Screen you may also check labor guides. Click the labor guide time clock icon to view the labor guide for the specific part you looked up. You may be presented with multiple labor guides for different jobs concerning the same part. These guides may differ slightly or be the same (this is because manufacturers often title their guides in different ways and the catalog presents them all).
VIEW AVAILABILITY Those part numbers that are in stock at your location will show as green and will show a quantity On Hand. You can see further availability at the warehouse level by Clicking the Alt Locations button. ADD PART TO CART Click the Add to Cart button to add the item to your cart. You ll know the item was added to your cart because the cart icon will change and show the number of items in your cart.
VIEW CART AND PLACE ORDER Click the cart button. You ll be presented with options to view your cart or place the order. When you click the View Cart button, you ll be able to edit your cart...increase the quantity, delete the item, add a PO#, and place the order. OTHER BUTTONS PARTS BUTTON Clicking this button will take you back to The Part Selection Screen with your currently chosen vehicle. NEW VEHICLE BUTTON Clear your current vehicle and pick a new one. SEARCH BY PART NUMBER OR INTERCHANGE NUMBER Click the drop down box to chose whether to search for a part by number or view interchanges by part number, enter the part number and click the Search button.
MENU Clicking the menu button will present you with additional catalog and account options including Stock Ordering, Order History, and a Help Center. STOCK ORDER There are several options to do a stock order - by individual part or by bulk with copy & paste or upload. The Standard way is by individual part. Enter the part number. You will be presented with all matched numbers from all lines. Click the correct part you want to order. Once selected click the + sign to add the part to your cart. ORDER HISTORY Filter by a variety of attributes to search for specific orders, or view a list of your orders and details at the order history screen.
