Configuring the Product Page PDF Extension To configure the extension, navigate to Content > Product Page PDF > Configuration in the left Admin Panel menu, or go to Stores > Configuration and select Plugin Company > Product Page PDF from the left side menu. Using the extension s config screen you can modify its front-end settings and the PDF layout, content and design options as further explained in the following chapters. It s possible to configure the extension per store view using the dropdown menu at the top left corner of the page. To save any changes made in the Product Page PDF settings, click the Save Config button in the top right corner of the configuration page. Front-end Settings In the Front-end Settings section you can: Enable the extension, which will add a PDF download link or icon to all front-end product pages. Select the product page block in which the PDF link or icon should be shown, or use a custom CSS selector. Choose if the PDF link or icon should be inserted before, after or prepended / appended to the selected product page block. Select the display type of the PDF download link, choosing between a text link, an icon, or and icon and text link (see front-end examples). Upload a custom icon image if the display type Icon or Icon & Text is selected. If no icon is uploaded, the default PDF icon will be used. Enter a custom PDF link title. If the display type Icon or Icon & Text is selected, the entered value will function as the icon title and alt attribute. Style the PDF link or icon using custom CSS as exemplified below. Enter custom CSS classes to customize the PDF download link / icon using a CSS stylesheet.
General PDF Settings In the General PDF Settings Section you can: Select a default font size and color, which will be used for the product descriptions in the PDF s main content area. Choose a default font family used in the product page PDF. You can choose to use the default font family for all PDF content, or choose a custom font family for the PDF header, product title and price, section headings and footer pagination.
PDF Header Settings In the PDF Header Settings you can: Optionally add a header to your product PDF by enabling the Show Header option. Choose to show the default store logo or an uploaded logo in the left corner or the header. Choose to show the default or a custom store name on the left side of the header, underneath the store logo. Optionally add text content to be shown in the left, center and right header column. Customize the store name and header font size, color and font family. Choose to show a header separator line and adjust its thickness (in px) and color.
PDF Content Section Settings Using the options below you can configure the sections, style and sort order of the product page PDF main content area (see front-end examples). You can individually enable the following sections of the product page and choose to show each section on a new page instead of adding it to an existing page: Product Title and Price Image Gallery Short Description Product Description Additional Information Configurable Product Options Bundle Product Options Grouped Product Options Custom Options In case the enabled sections aren t applicable to certain products, they will be automatically hidden in the PDF. Content Section Heading Settings This section lets you customize the font size, color and font family of the headings used for the various product PDF content sections. Content Section Sort Order
By dragging and dropping the product page sections, you can change their sort order in the PDF. Product Title and Price Settings You can customize the font size, color and family of the product title and price and change the product price background color.
Image Gallery Settings Using the Image Gallery Settings you can: Choose one of the following 7 image gallery styles: Optionally add a border around the product images and change its color. Choose to add the images of child products to the configurable product media gallery. Choose to automatically filter out duplicate product images.
PDF Footer Settings In the PDF Footer Settings you can: Optionally add a footer to your product page by enabling the Show Footer option. Choose to show the product page URL, a time stamp and page numbers in the PDF footer. Use a custom footer and page number font size, color and font family and change the pagination background color.

Simple Product Page PDF Example of a simple product page PDF without header and footer. The various sections of the product page can be sorted and rearranged in the PDF using a simple drag and drop system. Configurable Product Page PDF Example of a configurable product PDF with header and footer. The header can contain a custom logo, company name and up to three columns with text content. The footer may include pagination, the product page URL and a time stamp.
