Downer Contractor Management System User Guide for Registering Your Employees and Booking Inductions

Downer Contractor Management System Please follow this step-by-step guide to register your employees in the Downer Contractor System. Step 1 Please go to http://www.downercontractors.com.au and click on Register/Login in the top menu bar. Once on the home page for the Downer Contractor System, click Login. Step 2 Use the login details you received upon registration to login to the Downer Contractor System. page 2

Step 4 To add an employee, enter a fragment of the employee s name, then select Search. If the system returns with no matches, select Add Employee. Step 3 On the home page, select Manage Employee Data. To show a list of all registered employees, including Rail Industry Worker cardholders, leave the search field blank, then select Search. If you are selecting roles for existing RIW cardholders, you may proceed to step 8. page 3

Step 5 To add a new employee, select Add Employee. Step 6 Enter your employee s information and select Save. Please ensure you enter all mandatory data marked with *. page 4

Step 7 Select Submit. Step 8 Select Process. page 5

Step 9 Click Select Roles. Step 10 Tick the required roles, then select Apply. To exit this screen, please click the exit cross for this window. Rail Industry Worker cardholders will select either HCMT Packenham East Depot Project RIW Cardholder Newcastle Light Rail Project RIW Cardholder Transport Access Project RIW Cardholder page 6

Step 11 Enter the details required, then select Save. Step 12 Upload your employee s photo and all of the mandatory documents by selecting Upload for each document. page 7

Step 13 Select Choose File to upload the document you are prompted for. Enter the start date, expiry date and all details, then select Upload. Please Note: All information must match the details in the document you are uploading. Step 14 When prompted to upload the employee s photo, select Choose File. page 8

Step 15 Follow the instructions to the right of the source photo to crop the photo. Select Apply once you have completed the cropping process. Step 16 Scroll to the bottom of the page to book required training. As you ve selected role/s, corresponding training has also been chosen. Book the inductions your employees must complete to work for Downer. You will have to apply to complete training if your company is not yet approved to work on Downer sites. Select Apply next to one of the training courses. You will be notified via email when your application has been processed by a site representative. If your company is approved to work on a Downer continue to step 19 on page 11. page 9

Step 17 Once you have received email notification of your approval to work on Downer sites, tick to Action Required section on the home page of the Downer portal. Step 18 Click on the name of the person you wish to book the training for. page 10

Step 20 All required training will be auto-booked. Step 19 Enter the online training email address, agree to the training declaration, then select save. page 11

Step 21 Scroll to the top of the page, then select Add to Cart. Step 22 In the shopping cart window, select Review. page 12

Step 23 Check the items in your shopping cart, then select Proceed to Checkout. Civil contractors: Contractor access cards and training costs $75 + GST per person, and $30 + GST for annual renewal. Rail contractors: Training costs $10 + GST per person. Step 24 Enter your payment details, then select Continue. page 13

Step 25 Click Download to download a copy of your receipt. A receipt will also be emailed to the company email address. Next, select Continue. Your employee s registration and uploads will now be sent to Pegasus for verification. page 14
