Welcome Welcome to the new DuPont Direct. We have made improvements to make your use of the system even more efficient. The key changes we have made are highlighted in this document. We hope you will enjoy using our new DuPont Direct. Please don t hesitate to contact us if you have questions. What Has Not Changed DuPont Direct is available 24 X 7 through a secure network. Your current user ID and password remain the same. The functions you have access to also remain unchanged. Access to a variety of functions is possible including order creation, order status, invoice and document lookup. Transactions are completed in real-time. If you desire access to other functions that are not available in your profile, please contact your CSR. October 22, 2009 Slide 4

What Has Changed A more efficient user interface has been introduced. The left navigation bar and menus has been replaced with easy to access dropdown menus. This allows you to see more information without scrolling or moving from screen to screen. Sections can be expanded or collapsed to minimize scrolling. If you have access to multiple accounts, changing the selection has been streamlined. Buttons have been replaced with icons. Data on the screen has been arranged to enhance readability. Shortly, you will receive an email with the new URL. Please bookmark it in your favorites and begin using the new interface. October 22, 2009 Slide 5

New Interface The left navigation bar has been replaced with dropdown menus. A Message Center reflects all messages available to you. The section can be collapsed after you have read the messages. Account information is visible, but can be hidden by collapsing the section. October 22, 2009 Slide 6

Account Selection The Home page will appear when you login. If you have access to more than one account, click this icon to select another. October 22, 2009 Slide 7

Sections The screen is logically organized into sections that can be expanded or collapsed. To collapse a section, click on the upward facing arrow. October 22, 2009 Slide 10

Sections The contents in the section are now hidden. To expand the section, click on the downward facing arrow. October 22, 2009 Slide 11

Sections Click again. The section is now expanded and contents are no longer hidden. This eliminates scrolling up / down the screen. October 22, 2009 Slide 12

Order Creation Select New Order from the dropdown menu. October 22, 2009 Slide 13

Order Creation Enter the order information. Note that options may vary. Click the icon to indicate the product selection method. October 22, 2009 Slide 14

Order Creation When the quantity is entered, the checkbox will automatically be checked. Enter the quantity desired. October 22, 2009 Slide 15

Order Creation You may edit the header information by clicking on this icon. October 22, 2009 Slide 16

Order Creation You may delete products already selected. Click in the checkbox and then click the Delete icon. You may add more products to the order by clicking on the appropriate icon. Once you have reviewed, click the Continue icon. This starts the order processing. October 22, 2009 Slide 17

Order Creation Click this icon to review Terms & Conditions of Sale. The order has been simulated but is not yet created. Review the order. If you wish to change the order, click the Edit icon. October 22, 2009 Slide 18

Order History The default date range is defined in Personalization. Various selection criteria are available. If the order number is in red, click to view the order details and status. October 22, 2009 Slide 24

Personalization Various types of profile information may be defined via Personalization. October 22, 2009 Slide 26

Personalization The default number of days may be customized for various searches and queries. To make a change, click the icon in the section. Your user password may be changed to one of your choice. You may also indicate your interests for future campaigns or messages. October 22, 2009 Slide 27

Contact To obtain contact information, click on the Contact icon from any screen. An e-mail template will appear. Phone numbers are also available. Use the Send icon to email a message. Use the Back icon to return to the previous screen. October 22, 2009 Slide 28

Account Status To access account status and invoice data, select the Account Status option from the dropdown. October 22, 2009 Slide 29

Account Status Default dates are defined in Personalization. Various search criteria can be used. If no invoices meet the criteria, a message is shown. October 22, 2009 Slide 30

Account Status Enter your search criteria. Click the Search icon. Results are returned. Click the document number highlighted in red to view the invoice and/or invoice data. October 22, 2009 Slide 31
