Enhanced Workflow Content promotion (flagging a staged version for publication) is now available to all users and incorporates email notification and the ability to add a note to the content. The RSS Feed Reader application has been deprecated and a new RSS Feed Aggregator has been introduced that can combine multiple feed sources. The row of page status icons on the right side of the OneWeb Admin bar has been replaced with a pinnable Page Status window. This window includes shortcut links to the various properties of the page. down brings up a screen to select a page from the site tree. with the Site View/Tree View toggle (see Tree View in the Enhancements section above). Reverting to a previous version of content now creates a new staged version of content instead of permanently deleting all newer versions. The content block menu has been re-organized for more intuitive selection of content, forms, or applications for placement in the block. The option to remove content has been changed to Replace with Template Content to better reflect what happens when a block is removed. Child (pages) renamed to Subpages throughout the user interface. Users are no longer able to set a publishing date too far in the future (more than about 50 days). Fixed In forms builder, submissions on forms using more than the default number of options in a select field (Dropdown, Checkbox list, Multiple choice, and Multi-select), now correctly capture the submitted value. Editor Toolbar is pinnable when using Internet Explorer 7/8. Spell checking and XHTML validation tools are available when using Internet Explorer 7/8. Known Issues The Link colour and style default to blue when in edit mode using Firefox 3.x. In Internet Explorer 8, when using the Editor spell checker tool on content blocks with lots of text, it will scroll the view to the bottom of the page so that the misspelled word will no longer be in the current view. Manually scrolling back up will reveal the word. In Internet Explorer 8, when using the Editor, if the user right clicks to get the properties of items such as tables, links and images, the context menu may appear in an incorrect position on the screen. The menu is still usable when this occurs. In the Editor, the feature does not modify or strip the paragraph OneWeb CMS 6 Release Notes (build 6.0.4660) Page 8 of 9

styles. While this is by design, font styles that are embedded within the paragraph style will remain and this may not be desired. The image resizer handles of a selected image in the Editor remain visible even when the image properties window is displayed above it. Embedding a YouTube video at the top of a content block will obscure the overlay menu so that it becomes inaccessible to the user. In the Editor, an image must be selected by left clicking on it prior to invoking the image properties window. If not selected, settings within the properties window will not get applied. In Internet Explorer and Firefox, when a user enters content in a table, it adds a paragraph tag which is expected behaviour. Removing this content does not remove the paragraph tag and the user will have to clear the cell using HTML edit mode or delete the row and recreate it. Internet Explorer 8 protected mode will limit OneWeb CMS 6 user s ability to upload files. The user should add their site to the Trusted Sites list in Internet Explorer.
