Inside Wiring Maintenance Plan Customers may add the Inside Wiring Maintenance Plan for only month $7.50 per only after the First 30- Days of Service. If the Customer requires maintenance within the First 30-Days after purchase, a one-time Installation Fee of $75 will be charged. The $75 Maintenance installation Fee is not required after the First 30 days of Service. [If the Inside Maintenance Plan is purchased after first 30 days, Inside Wiring issues are handled at no charge to the customer!] Customers that do not purchase Inside Wiring Maintenance Plan will be charged $125 for each repair incident. NEW 1 + Dialing Long Distance Unlimited 1 + Long Distance is available to All New Customers and Converting Customers within the AT&T Areas at $10.00 monthly within the following States, AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MO, MS, NE, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI, WV. Phone Service Plans that include FREE 100 minutes of 1 + LD are (Advantage and Premium).
