setting up your logins step 1: how to access club information The most up-to-date club information can be accessed anytime through your exclusive Member Site at www.divivacationclub.com by clicking login. when logging in for the first time, you will be asked to create a personal login id and password. from there, you can explore everything you need to know about your membership. Always log in to this member site before making any online club transactions. set up your member site ID & password: To Register Go to www.divivacationclub.com and click Login. Select Register Today to be directed to the registration page. Enter your Divi Vacation Club contract number and the name of the contract owner or eligible user. Enter your first name, last name, address, telephone number, email address and create a password. Re-enter the password in the Verify Password field. If you would like to receive email offers and Club news, click Yes. For Account Type, select Divi Vacation Club Member. Click the Submit button. To Log In Go to www.divivacationclub.com and click Login. Enter your established email and password. For Account Type, select Divi Vacation Club Member. Click Login. Forgot or Lost Your Password? Log in to your Personal Account (please make sure you have established a Personal Account login). 2GET SET: Make sure you are in the "Member Options" tab. If you have multiple contracts, select the one you wish to use. Under What do you want to do, use the dropdown box to select Make a Club Reservation and click "Go." Select when you want to travel, how many people are traveling, the number of nights you wish to stay and the resort you would like to visit, and click "Search." Your search result will display the available resort(s) with check-in and checkout dates, room type and total Points cost. Make your choice and click "Select." Review your reservation information, fill out any special service requests and complete any payment information, should transaction fees apply. Review the details of your transaction, confirm if you wish to receive an email of your transaction, check the "Terms and Conditions" box and click "Confirm." Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a reservation number (you can print this page). 3GO!: Once your reservation has been confirmed, you re ready to travel. Log in to your Personal Account and make sure you are in the "Member Options" tab. If you have multiple contracts, select the one you wish to use. Under What do you want to do, use the drop-down box to select Reserve My Home Week and click "Go." Your travel and check-in dates will automatically appear on the Make a Reservation window. Enter "7" for the number of nights you wish to stay and click "Search." Review your reservation information, fill out any special service requests and complete any payment information, should transaction fees apply. Check the "Terms and Conditions" box and click "Select." Review the details of your transaction, confirm if you wish to receive an email of your transaction and click "Confirm." Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a reservation number (you can print this page). 4 The sooner you book a reservation, the better, so make sure you are familiar with your reservation booking window. When making a reservation less than 5 days prior to checkin, please contact a Vacation Specialist. If you need help selecting a Divi Club Destination, you can review resort details (room types, resort amenities, area attractions, photos) and nightly Points rates before you make your reservation. For reservation or other transaction payments, you can use your credit card on file or add a new credit card. Your reservation will be confirmed via email, so make sure your current email address is on file. Reservation modifications or cancellations cannot be completed online. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact a Vacation Specialist. Please see page 10 for information on reservation fees. A Member who fails to check in on the first day of a reservation must notify the resort they are traveling to or risk cancellation of their reservation, without restoration of Points. Points penalties and fees may be applied to cancellations. For details, see the chart on page 10. Only Members in good standing may make reservations, so make sure all of your fees are paid before you book a reservation. When you borrow Pure Points or make a reservation more than 365 days prior to check-in, you will have the option to pre-pay annual Club Dues and Club Operating Fees at the time of reservation, or you may choose to wait until annual invoices are issued (typically in October). banking pure points Even if you can t take your yearly vacation, your Points won t go to waste! You can bank all or a portion of your unused Pure Points to travel in the next calendar year, which allows you to use leftover Points for an even better vacation next year. As a reminder, the Use Year for all members begins January 1 and ends December 31. banking fast facts You can bank your Pure Points anytime. Go to www. divivacationclub.com, log in to your Member Site and go to Banking, Borrowing & More. Under Banking Pure Points, click on Bank Pure Points Now. Log in to your Personal Account (please make sure you have established a Personal Account Login). Make sure you are in the "Member Options" tab. If you have multiple contracts, select the one you wish to use to bank your Points. Under What do you want to do, use the dropdown box to select Bank My Points and click "Go." Select your Use Period to bank from and select your Use Period to bank into. Enter the amount of Pure Points you wish to bank. Complete the payment information, should transaction fees apply, check the "Terms and Conditions" box and click "Continue" to complete your banking transaction. The deadlines for banking your Pure Points vary based on your level of Membership. Banking deadlines are as follows: If you are a Silver Club Member, you may bank 100% of your Points 120 days prior to the Use Year end date and 75% of your Points 90 days prior to the Use Year end date. If you are a Gold Club Member, you may bank 100% of your Points 90 days prior to the Use Year end date and 75% of your Points 60 days prior to the Use Year end date. If you are a Platinum or President s Elite Club Member, you may bank 100% of your Points 60 days prior to the Use Year end date and 75% of your Points 30 days prior to the Use Year end date. If you miss your Points banking deadline, any remaining Points can be used to make reservations at a Divi Club Destination for travel within the current Use Year or to make reservations through the Divi Exchange Network for travel in the next Use Year. Once banked, Points cannot be un-banked. Banked Points must be used during the next calendar year. Like Annual Members, if you are a Biennial Member*, your banked Points will be applied to the next calendar year. Therefore, these banked Points may only be used for travel outside of your normal Use Year. Only Members in good standing may bank Points. borrowing pure points Want to plan a longer stay? Book a suite and invite friends to join in the fun? Celebrate your special occasion with a luxurious getaway? You can! If you find that the trip you re planning requires more Pure Points than you currently own, you have the option to borrow all or a portion of your Points from the next Use Year to fulfill the vacation of your dreams. borrowing fast facts Before borrowing Pure Points, you must create your desired reservation (follow the steps on page 3). If you do not have enough Pure Points to complete the transaction, you will be prompted to select a transaction and Borrow or Rent more Points. You must use all of your Pure Points from the applicable year before borrowing from your next Use Year. Once you have selected the Use Year, you will see the amount of Pure Points you need to borrow. Click "Continue" to proceed with your reservation. Complete any payment information, should transaction fees apply, check the "Terms and Conditions" box and click "Continue" to proceed with your reservation. Points can only be borrowed to complete a reservation. You may borrow up to 100% of your next Use Year s Points. Points Prime Members may borrow Points to complete a transaction by selecting the appropriate Use Year. Once selected, you will be prompted to relinquish your home resort priority period. Only Members in good standing may make reservations, so if you make a reservation less than 365 days prior to checkin, please make sure all of your fees are paid before you try to book. When you borrow Pure Points or make a reservation more than 365 days prior to check-in, you will have the option to pre-pay annual Club Dues and Club Operating Fees at the time of reservation, or you may choose to wait until annual invoices are issued (typically in October). If you choose to wait, please make certain that all payments due are made prior to the year-end, past-due date to avoid cancellation of your reservation. renting pure points Need more Points for this year s getaway? You have the option to rent additional Pure Points to complete your reservation, allowing you the opportunity to enhance your vacation without borrowing from next year s Point balance. renting fast facts Before renting Pure Points, you must create your desired reservation (follow the steps on page 3). If you do not have enough Pure Points to complete the transaction, you will be prompted to select a transaction and Borrow or Rent more Points. The cost of renting Pure Points is $.04 per Point. You may rent as many Pure Points as you need to complete your transaction, up to your annual allotment. If you choose to rent Points, the total needed and the cost of the rented Points are displayed. Complete any payment information, should transaction fees apply, check the "Terms and Conditions" box and click "Continue" to proceed with your reservation. Rented Points are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a reservation made with rented Points, these Points will remain in your account until their expiration date, and may be used toward a new reservation during that time. Expiration dates are as follows: Rented Points that are retained after being cancelled by a Silver or Gold Club Member will expire 300 days after the date of purchase. Rented Points that are retained after being cancelled by a Platinum Club Member will expire 390 days after the date of purchase. Rented Points that are retained after being cancelled by a President s Elite Club Member will expire 480 days after the date of purchase. Only Members in good standing may make a reservation, so if you make a reservation less than 365 days prior to checkin, please make sure all of your fees are paid before you try to book and rent Points. updating account information Keeping your account up-to-date is quick and easy! You can update your Account Information anytime. Go to www.divivacationclub.com, log in to your Member Site and go to Payments & History. Click on the Update & View Your Member Profile link and log in to your Personal Account (please make sure you have established a Personal Account Login - see page 3). Select the Member Profile tab. In this section, you can review, establish and update your contact and billing information, and confirm or reset your Personal Account password.! 2018 club operating fees and club dues* If you are an annual Member, you are charged a Club Operating Fee (due one year in advance) and Club Dues (for the Use Year) on an annual basis, billed during the fourth quarter of each calendar year and paid no later than January 1st. If you are a biennial Member, you are charged Club Dues on an annual basis and a Club Operating Fee every other year, based on your Use Year. If you wish to prepay your annual Club Dues, you can do so by calling 1-888-GO1-DIVI (461-3484) (Toll-free) or 1-305-925-3063 (International). When you borrow Pure Points or make a reservation more than 365 days prior to check-in, you will have the opportunity to pre-pay annual Club Dues and Club Operating Fees at the time of reservation, or you may choose to wait until annual invoices are issued (typically in October). The new features let you easily Make a Reservation, Bank/Borrow/ Rent Points, Check your Points Balance, Update Personal Information and more, all from one convenient online location, 24 hours a day! Here s a few answers to some commonly asked questions: Q. Why do I need to set up a Personal Account? A. We value your security, and ask that you establish this login to access your personal information. From your Personal Account, you can Make a Reservation, Bank/Borrow/ Rent Points, Check Your Points Balance, View Your History, Update Personal Information and more. Q. How do I register? A. Go to www.divivacationclub.com and log in to the Member Site (if you are logging in for the first time please establish a Member Site login and password - see page 3 for step-by-step instructions). On the main page, scroll down to Personal Account. Click on the link and you will be asked to register. Click on "Register" and enter your contract number, first and last name and email address. Create a Login ID and password. Re-enter the password in the "Confirm Password" field. Click the "Create Login" button. Please remember to always log in to the Member Site first, and then your Personal Account, when making any transactions. Q. How do I make a reservation? A. After you have established a Personal Account Login and password, you can make a reservation from the "What Do You Want To Do?" options menu. Follow the instructions to complete your reservation. Q. How is my Club Membership Loyalty Tier determined? A. Your Club Loyalty level depends on the amount of annual or biennial Pure Points purchased. Silver Loyalty Tier through 64,999 Pure Points Gold Loyalty Tier 65,000 through 99,999 Pure Points Platinum Loyalty Tier 100,000 through 299,999 Pure Points President s Elite Loyalty Tier 300,000+ Pure Points need to bank points? Q. How do I bank Points? A.You may Bank all or a portion of your current Use Year s Club Points for use in the next successive Use Year (January 1 -December 31).
