New base methods for ASCMO remote control ASCMO close: closes the ASCMO interface ASCMO Load ExpeDes: loads a defined ASCMO ExpeDes project With this method, one can load and configure an existing ExpeDes project. Allows the mapping of INCA-FLOW elements to DoE-inputs and outputs and the definition of the operating point values for the DoE plan ASCMO can run optionally in silent mode without window. One can also define to stop the DoE after a number of blocks have been executed 3 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. New base methods for ASCMO remote control ASCMO Next experiment: This method reads the next experiment values from the DoE plan, assigns them to the respective calibration elements and exits to the True exit until there are no more experiments. Block Id: returns the current block id Experiment No.: returns the current experiment number Execute ASCMO command: With this method, one can directly execute an ASCMO command. See the ASCMO API documentation for further command descriptions. Command: the ASCMO command string 4 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. New base methods for ASCMO remote control ASCMO Train model: With this method, the ASCMO model training will be executed and the loo error values are reported back for each model output. This may be done in silent mode without a window. The training can also run in background, so the INCA-FLOW process can continue while the model is calculated. A notification variable can then be used to detect if the calculation is finished. Further documentation about model training can be found in the ASCMO manual. 5 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. New base methods for ASCMO remote control ASCMO Write matrix: Writes an INCA-FLOW element into an ASCMO variable ASCMO variable: the name of the ASCMO variable Element: the source INCA-FLOW element ASCMO Read matrix: Reads an ASCMO variable into an INCA-FLOW element ASCMO variable: the name of the ASCMO variable Target element: the target INCA-FLOW element 6 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. Get software and dataset name Device: defines the name of the INCA device Software name: defines the name of the software (e. g. A2L, S19 File) Dataset name (RP): defines the name of the dataset (e. g. Hex file) for the reference page Dataset name (WP): defines the name of the dataset for the working page Get full path: defines the full path in INCA, e. g. \RooDir\A2l\Master\SW.hex instead of SW.hex. 7 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. Online TDT Analysis The online TDT Analysis allows an online mode signal evaluation from the vehicle s sensors and additional external sensors, while in the offline mode saved measurement files are analysed. Filters or logical operations are used to extract certain signal characteristics or trigger events. File -> Load settings: loads a defined setting of this method File -> Save settings: saves a defined setting of this method File -> Load signals from MDF: Opens a defined MDF signal to read the respective measurement data for offline evaluation File -> Export A2L & HEX: exports the A2L and Hexfile with the respective inand output parameter for the online evaluation; has to be imported in the respective INCA project setting 8 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. Online TDT Analysis Signal assignment: The user defines which input parameter (e. g. from a measurement file or the measurement parameter from an A2L file) will be assigned to the respective input parameter for the TDT online/offline evaluation. This is necessary to perform the evaluation calculation. The user can map the respective ECU parameter e. g. for pedal position with the input of the TDT online analysis which would be in this case INPUT_Sig_AccPed. Online: defines if this method is used online or offline Output file: defines the name of the recorded measurement file (*.mdf) after data evaluation XCP port: Allows the definition of the XCP port communication during online evaluation 9 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. Online TDT Analysis Defines which criteria should be evaluated and recorded Defines certain predefinition for the evaluation analysis of the TDT algorithm like transmission type, front, rear or all wheel drive 10 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018. WLTC cycle generation with gearshift calculation Defines the use of WLTC drive cycle Defines the vehicle class (depends on the vehicle weight and size) Test mass (kg): defines the vehicle mass Rated engine power (kw): maximum engine power of the vehicle Rated engine speed (rpm): maximum engine speed of the vehicle Idle engine speed (rpm): idle speed of the vehicle (warm engine) Defines the n (rpm) to v (km/h) ratio of the vehicle for different gears Downscale cycle: defines the possibility to downscale the cycle values, if the maximum vehicle speed or power is not sufficient for driving the normal drive cycle Use extra high part: allows the possibility to drive NOT the 2. high speed phase Calculate gear shifts: defines if gear shift calculation should be performed f0, f1 and f2: defines the road load coefficient of the vehicle (usually used at roller test benches) Defines the full load power curve of the vehicle; ASM: Correction factor for the power calculation of the full load power curve 11 Public ETAS GmbH December 2018 ETAS GmbH 2018.
