"Software" means the computer programs in object code, originally licensed by Avaya and ultimately utilized by End User, whether as stand-alone Products or pre-installed on Hardware. "Hardware" means the standard hardware Products, originally sold by Avaya and ultimately utilized by End User. License type(s) Named User License (NU). Customer may: (i) install and use the Software on a single Designated Processor or Server per authorized Named User (defined below); or (ii) install and use the Software on a Server so long as only authorized Named Users access and use the Software. "Named User," means a user or device that has been expressly authorized by Avaya to access and use the Software. At Avaya's sole discretion, a "Named User" may be, without limitation, designated by name, corporate function (e.g., webmaster or helpdesk), an e-mail or voice mail account in the name of a person or corporate function, or a directory entry in the administrative database utilized by the Product that permits one user to interface with the Product. Shrinkwrap License (SR). With respect to Software that contains elements provided by third party suppliers, End User may install and use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable license agreements, such as "shrinkwrap" or "clickwrap" license accompanying or applicable to the Software ("Shrinkwrap License"). What's New The following table lists the enhancements and deprecated functionality in Avaya Equinox Client and is cumulative since the last minor release showing the most recent release first and oldest release last. Release 3.5 Animated emoji support within text messages Support for using the cellular data option for VoIP calls on mobile platforms. If you use the cellular data option, Avaya Equinox prefers cellular over Wi-Fi for registration and calls. As a result, there is no disruption expected in service, as calls do not need to be renegotiated, if you move from one Wi-Fi access point to another. Support WCS-based Collab/Sharing for Vantage devices Support for Equinox on Vantage K155 Vantage USB headset support (device recognition, audio) Vantage Identify Certificate support Enable WCS collaboration support on Vantage and low-end Android devices Equinox Client User-Agent changes on Vantage for IP Office Enhancements to the Top of Mind screen to make the design consistent across platforms. Known issues and workarounds The following table lists the known issues and workarounds in this release and is cumulative since the last major (or minor) release showing the most recent release first and oldest release last. When the user is in active call and presses Spaces Sign-in, the active call is disrupted without any notification. Workaround: None After unlocking the phone and search/presence update doesn't get triggered automatically. Workaround: Re-trigger search manually. Video not transmitted or previewed when Camera, Calendar, Contacts permissions turned off. Workaround: Go to Settings and enable permissions for Camera. Mobile Equinox deployments currently using Client Enablement Services (CES) are recommended to continue using CES for call logs. One-way audio occurs after the moderator attempts to join back into the conference using the call stack. Workaround: Hold and then resume the call. Leave conference and dial back into the conference to restore audio. 2. OR Use AAC 8.0 SP9 User cannot hear voice via Plantronics Bluetooth headset during active call. Workaround: Disable the sensor on the Plantronics headset using the Plantronics Hub app. This will keep the audio from being redirected to the handset "automatically". Use of Equinox for initiating outgoing calls or answering incoming calls while user is already engaged in active VoIP call using any of communication apps listed above would result in inconsistent results. Users are advised to end the ongoing VoIP communications on other VoIP applications before activating Equinox calls. Release Notes 8 3.2 3.2, 3.3 3.0

From the My Content > Watch list menu, you can: o o Set how frequently you want to be notified, starting from every day to every 60 days. Unwatch selected content, all content in a book, or all content on the Watch list page. As a watcher, you will be notified when content is updated or deleted from a document, or if the document is removed from the portal. Share a section on social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and GooglePlus. Send feedback on a section and rate the content. Note: Some functionality is only available when you log on to the portal. The available functionality depends on the role with which you are logged in.
