Intended Audience The content of this document is designed to facilitate the users -managers, supervisors and others of Size Chart Extension for Magento 2. A step by step instruction has been added to this document to help users to install the extension on Magento 2. This extension will only work on Magento 2. User Guide After installation of module, make sure the setup is upgraded and static-contents are deployed. Login to admin panel and flush you Magento cache storage. I. How to Configure the Extension: At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Configurations. Here you will have access to the following configurations: General Settings: 1. Enable Extension: Select Yes or No to enable or disable extension respectively. If extension is disabled, one cannot view Size Chart at frontend. 2. View Size Chart As: Select Pop Up or Tab option to view Size Chart as Anchor Pop Up below Add to Cart button or as a Tab along with Review and Details tab. a. Pop Up: If selected, Pop Up two fields will be displayed as Anchor Text and Size Chart Icon you must fill at least one field Icon file should be a (.png.ico.bmp) file. b. Tab: If Selected, a field will be displayed labeled Tab Title Must fill the field. 4 User Guide www.fmeextensions.com
Size Chart Header Style Settings 1. Font Size: Select and set the font size of Size Chart header according to your theme font scheme. Default Font Size is 12px 2. Font Color: Select and set font color of Size Chart header according and the default font color is set to white (#ffffff). 3. Size Chart Body Style Settings: 1. Font Size: Select and set the font size of Size Chart body according to your theme font scheme. Default font size is 12px 2. Font Color: Select and set font color of Size Chart body accordingly and the default font color is set to Black (#000000). 3. II. How to Manage/Add Size Charts: Step 1 Go to Manage Size Charts At the backend, go to FME EXTENSIONS > Manage Size Charts. Here you will find all the Size Charts. Click on Add New Size Charts to continue. 7 User Guide www.fmeextensions.com
Step 2 Add General Information Now first you have to add Size Chart General Information. For the purpose of this guide we have added the following information. This section contains the following fields: Size Chart Name: Name / Title of Size Chart that will be displayed at frontend as heading of Size Chart. Priority: Set priority to 1 for highest and set priority to 0 for lowest, the Size Chart with highest priority will be visible (If multiple Size Charts are created with the same conditions) along with the products. Status: Status field will let you toggle the status of Size Chart to enable or disable. Image (Optional): Image field let you upload a supporting image for Size Chart it is an optional field you can skip this field if you don t have any image. 8 User Guide www.fmeextensions.com
Step 3 Add Size Chart Information Once General Information is provided you will have to provide Size Chart information. For the purpose of this guide we have added the following information. This section contains the following fields: 1. Size Chart Column Label: In column label Field you can either enter column labels or headers of Size Chart manually or upload.csv file with format given at the end of this document (CSV file must be in similar given format). If you enter column labels or headers manually each Label must be separated by «,» & must be a unique value for example (XS,S,M,L,XL). After entering labels click on Add Data to add rows and the data of Size Chart. Once you clicked on Add Data a field set with table will be displayed. If you are using CSV file to import data use the given file upload button to upload CSV file once uploaded it will automatically set Column Labels and the Rows of Size Chart. Give Below are the Visual Example for data entry manually and using CSV file. 2. Size Chart Data: The data can be uploaded and edited manually or will be filled once the CSV file is uploaded. 9 User Guide www.fmeextensions.com
