NetCarrier's Network Overview: NetCarrier is an FCC-regulated CLEC and cloud services provider with multiple geographically redundant data centers. Each of those data centers features carrier-level power and network design to ensure maximum uptime and redundancy in the case of a regional disaster. From those data centers, ncloud services are delivered to end-users in all of the lower 48 states and Hawaii through peering relationships with a selection of Type I and Type II last-mile providers. Our national network includes agreements with Level 3, XO, Verizon, Time Warner, Cogent, Comcast, Sunesys, Lightower, Crown Castle, Windstream, Nitel and AT&T.
