線上申請流程說明 申請系統網址 : http://schwebap.nccu.edu.tw/zeweb/exgstdapply/ 1. 建立新帳號 : 請輸入姓名 生日 email 做為未來登入系統用 ( 圖示說明 ) 2. 填寫六大項申請資訊 : ( 基本資料 教育背景 聯絡人資料 交換申請細節 語言背景 住宿選擇 ) 注意 : -- 標有星號 (*) 之欄位為必填欄位, 不可留白 -- 點選不同頁面時, 申請資料會自動儲存, 或可按 <Save> 鍵儲存資料 -- 一旦按下 <Confirm and Print> 鍵後, 申請資料將無法做任何修改 3. 列印申請表格 : 交換生申請表格 5 頁 ( 圖示說明 ) 密集華語課程申請表 1 頁 ( 圖示說明 ) -- 選擇只讀 密集華語課程 之交換生必須繳交該申請表 -- 選擇 專業科目 + 華語課程 之交換生的華語課申請表會另外同入學許可資料一併寄給學生填寫, 故不需要列印系統內之申請表 交換生華語獎學金申請表 1 頁 -- 有報名上華語課程之交換生皆可申請該獎學金 ( 圖示說明 ) 4. 於列印出來的申請表上簽名後, 連同以下文件一併郵寄至本辦公室 ( 申請截止日 : 春季入學 10 月 30 日止 ; 秋季入學 4 月 30 日止 ) 原就讀大學之提名函一份 護照影本一份 短期交換生 : 英文在學證明一份學位生 : 畢業證書影本一份 原就讀大學之英文在學成績單一份 中文或英文留學計劃一份 另附 2 吋半身脫帽照片兩張以便製作學生證 5. 交換生可於線上直接查詢申請進度 ( 圖示說明 ) 如有任何問題, 可 email 給我們 : exgstu@gmail.com 我們將盡快協助您! 2

從主選單列印出其他申請表 -- 選擇只讀 密集華語課程 之交換生必須繳交該申請表 --( 選擇 專業科目 + 華語課程 之交換生的華語課申請表會另外附在入學許可資料袋中, 故不需要列印系統內之申請表 ) 有報名上華語課程之交換生皆可申請華語獎學金 10

Applying for Exchange Program at http://schwebap.nccu.edu.tw/zeweb/exgstdapply/. Applications for the incoming exchange program are received and processed by the Office of International Cooperation (OIC). Prospective exchange students must complete the Exchange Student Online Application and submit the required supporting documents to OIC before deadline. Online Application Procedure: 1. Create a new online account by typing in your Full Name, Email, and Birthday. (demo) 2. Fill out 6 pages of necessary information online. (Personal Info, Education, Contact Info, Exchange Details, Language Background and Housing Option) 3. Print out the application forms. Exchange Student Application Form 5 pages (required) (demo) Full-Time Mandarin Class Application Form 1 page (demo) Students choosing to take Full-Time Mandarin Class ONLY are required to fill out this application form. (Students choosing Academic Class + Part-Time Mandarin Class : the Part-Time Mandarin Class Application Form will be later sent to you in your Admission Package) Mandarin Studies Scholarship Application Form 1 page (for students who want to take the Mandarin class) (demo) Notice: * indicates required fields and cannot be blank. Data will be saved once you click on a different page or you can click the <Save> button to save your application info. The application will not be able to change once you click <Confirm and Print> button. 4. Sign the printout application forms and mail them along with the following supporting documents in the same envelop: (Application Deadline: Spring Admission Oct. 30 ; Fall Admission April 30) A certificate of nomination from the home university A photocopy of passport. An enrollment certificate in English (for exchange student) A graduation certificate/diploma in English (for degree-seeking student) An official transcript in English from the home university A study plan / motivation letter written in Chinese or English. Two 2-inch photos to make the student ID card. 5. Applicant can check your application status online using your online account. Print out optional application forms from Main Menu Students choosing to take Full-Time Mandarin Class ONLY are required to fill out this application form. (Students choosing Academic Class + Part-Time Mandarin Class : the Part- Time Mandarin Class Application Form will be later sent to you in your Admission Package.) If you want to take the Mandarin class (Full-time or part-time), you can apply for this scholarship offering you the opportunity to take the class for free. 20
