PMF Remote Monitoring Remote monitoring allows the Trend Micro antivirus software installed on your server to communicate critical and non-critical events in many cases before you may even know a problem exists. These events can include such things as client deployment problems, client update problems, or even virus detections. Remote monitoring does not allow the remote resolution of problems unless you have an existing Complete IT Management agreement.
