2. CREATE YOUR SURVEY After your first login to Qualtrics, it will propose you to create your first Survey: 2.1. Using Quick Survey Builder After having clicked on the Quick Survey Builder box, you will have to give a name to you survey: Qualtrics - Basic Usage User guide Page 7 of 14
Once you have defined the name and the folder where you want to store your survey (optional), you can click on. 2.2. Using Create from copy This option enables you to copy a previous survey: Number Field Action Comment 1 Survey to copy Select the survey that will be the base of your new survey 2 New Survey Name Key in your survey name 3 Folder Select your folder Optional Then you can click on. 2.3. 3. FORMAT YOUR SURVEY 3.1. 6 Click on this link if you want to retrieve an existing question You must have already created at least one question 7 Once you have finished your question, click on this link to create the next one. 3.2. Format the text of the question When you click on the question to type the text (3), you will have access to specific options: Number Field Action Comment 1 Rich text editor Enables you to define text options See screen shot below 2 Piped Text 3 View Enables you to switch from normal view to Code view 4 Click on this to create a new question Rich text editor screen: Using this option, you will be able to insert images, files, media, special characters or tables and define the formatting of your text.
