How to Register with Facebook 1. Go to the event homepage Raise Funds for WINGS https://secure.e2rm.com/registrant/startup.aspx?eventid=138229 2. Click the Facebook Login icon on the left sidebar to login or sign up using your Facebook Account If you do not want to sign up with your facebook account, you can simply click the sign up button and fill out your information to sign up. However, this will not give you a facebook fundraising page. If you decide to link your facebook account at a later time you are able to do that as well *Note: If you have already registered and simply want to connect your Facebook account you can do so by logging into your account and clicking the Facebook connect icon on the left sidebar of your personal fundraising homepage. 3. Upon logging in you will be asked to read a waiver and accept the waiver. Check the box 4. Click Next. 5. Select which type of registration you would like (Individual, Team, or Team Member) If you are joining a team you will be asked to search for the team you would like to join you can search by team captain or team name If you are creating a team you will be asked a couple additional questions to set up the team
6. You will then be redirected to fill out your contact information. Choose the appropriate option to load existing Facebook information or Returning Registrant information and then fill out any missing information. Click Next. 7. Fill out the Additional Information page by checking the appropriate boxes (fundraising goal, self sponsor/donation, etc) Click Next. 8. Fill out your payment information if you would to self sponsor When you self sponsor it shows people how committed you are and sets the bar for how people will sponsor you, so it s a great idea to do that if you can. 9. You will then be redirected to the Registration page. Review your information and if it is correct click Register Me. (If there is an error in your information you can go back and edit it by clicking the step before, or the back tab) 10. Follow the steps to edit your personal fundraising and click Continue Registration. Here are a list of things you can do right now to personalize your fundraising page: Update your Page Title Add a personal message to your page Add your own video and images Start Fundraising! Here are some things you can do: Share your page on Facebook look for this for easy sharing You can even include a personal message when you share! Use these easy buttons (while you are logged in) to complete different actions to make for a successful fundraising campaign: Get Sponsors Here you can send personalized emails to your friends and family You can even import your addresses from your email account look for this little book to do that
You also will have your thermometer in your emails so people can see where you are at with your fundraising goal it automatically updates based on when people open their emails You can also share on Social media here Share on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN and many more! Click the icon of the social media you would like to share on. My Fundraising This shows you your stats, you can update your personal message, images, video, choose your thermometer, etc. Check out your personalized tips too keep your eye out for them for more tips on how to hit your fundraising goal See what has happened to the emails you ve sent when you ask for people to sponsor you Tell A Friend you can ask friends to join the fundraising event to raise funds too! o Select Tell-A-Friend, put in email addresses and send your email Thank Sponsors This will allow you to send an email and thank those who have sponsored you Recruit Friends This will allow you to send an email to your friends and ask them to join you to raise funds! If you are on a team you can even ask them to join your team!
What Else Can I do in my Fundraising Hub? Get Sponsors Join a Team Create a Team Click on the Get Sponsors Button Add the email addresses that you would like to send an email to Edit your message to them Click send email Or you can share on social media and ask people to sponsor you The more personal you make your emails, social media shares, the better! Click on Team on the left menu Search for a team by Team Name or the Captains First or Last Name Select to Join that team Click on Team on the left menu Select Create a Team Enter the Team Name of your new team Enter a description of your team this will be displayed on your team home page Click Create a Team Update my Profile Select Profile on the left menu Edit your contact information or change your password here Click Submit when you are done Check your Registration Status and Review the waiver you signed Select Registration on the left menu Select your Registration Status or Waiver Review How to set up your Facebook Fundraising Page and send it out 1. Follow the steps above to Register/Connect your Facebook account. 2. Select how you would like emails sent. 3. Click Share
4. A new window will open where you can add a personal message that will appear on your Facebook homepage with a link to your Facebook Fundraising Page. Click Share and return to the registration window (the page you were in for step 3). 5. Click the link that appears under step two. This will redirect you to Facebook where you can accept the app. 6. Click Continue. Then click Start Fundraising. (This will take you back to your Personal Fundraising Page. You can view your Facebook Fundraising by clicking the link shared on your Facebook Homepage) Congratulations, your Facebook Fundraising Page is now created! Edit my Personal Fundraising Page and Facebook Fundraising Page 1. Go to your Personal Fundraising Homepage. Click the My Fundraising Button or Click Fundraising on the left menu. 2. Here you can change your page title, add a message and upload images and videos. Changes made to your Personal Fundraising Page will automatically update on your Facebook Fundraising Page.
Forgotten the link to your Facebook page after registration? If so, just look at your web page link in your Registration Confirmation Email. The link will have a 7 digit Registration ID at the end. Insert your Registration ID in the Facebook page link below to immediately access your page. Log into your Fundraising Page 2. Click on the My Fundraising button or Fundraising on the left menu 3. Select Sponsor Yourself on the left hand side list 4. Fill in your payment information Enter Cash Donations and Pay Them Online on your Credit Card (Pay in Cash Donations) If you want to pay your cash pledges with our own credit card, this is the place! It s a quick, easy and secure way to get everything online and the money you have raised to WINGS Maternity Home as quickly as possible your donors will also receive a tax receipt if you have their full name and full address information 1. Log into your fundraising profile 2. Select Fundraising 3. Select Manage Cash or Check 4. You can enter 2 types of cash donations make your selection. 5. Donation from a friend or family member (may be receipted) Enter in the information of each donor if they would like a tax receipt and select add donation If you don t have the addresses for the donors, they will not receive a tax receipt
6. Donation from an event or cash lump sum (will not be receipted) (use this if you had a bake sale, garage sale or another event, etc.) o For this option, simply enter where the money came from for the donor scroll and how much was collected and select Add Lump Sum Amount 7. Once you have added in all your cash donations that you would like pay your cash donations on your credit card, here are the steps: 8. Note: Your credit card will be charged but tax receipts will be issued in your donors names if you have put in all of their information. 9. Here are the steps to pay in your cash donations. 10. You should see all your cash donations on this page and you will have an option to pay them select the pay button
11. You will then be taken to another screen to select which cash donations you want to pay on your credit card. 12. Check mark the ones under the pay column that you want to pay. It will give you a total 13. Input your Credit card information, select continue and verify your information and complete your payment
