Let s Get Started To start shopping, open your favorite web browser and enter office.myguybrown.com. User Login At the Guy Brown Office Direct login page, enter in your email and password and click Login. If you forgot your password, enter your email address under the Lost Your Password? section and click Send, and an email will be sent with a temporary password to the email address we have on file. Home Page My Dashboard Upon login you will be directed to the My Dashboard page. This pages shows you My Latest Orders and Frequently Ordered Products. Utilizing the dropdown box to the right of My Latest Orders will allow you to see only your orders or your entire company s orders. All Orders will show you a list of all your company s latest orders. My Orders Only will only show you the orders you have placed. Easy Ways to Find and Add Items to an Order Search: Search by keyword, category, product name or item number will display a summary of matching and related items that meet your search criteria. You can then narrow your results by using the product filter (Power Search Navigation) to the left of the search results. Browse Categories: Browse the online catalog to find the products you need by maneuvering through the product categories. Quick Order: Enter individual item numbers or import a spreadsheet into the Quick Order form to have the items added directly to your order without having to search for it. Personalized Shopping List: Save frequently ordered items to a personalized shopping list and add items to your order from there.
Product Page Access a Product Page by Browsing the Categories or through using the Search tool. To add an item to your cart, enter the quantity and click Add to My Cart. To add an item to your favorites shopping list, click Add to My List. You can share product info with others inside and outside your company by clicking Email Link (Note: only registered users will see pricing) View and Print Invoices The Guy Brown Office Direct website allows you to view and print your invoices from the Orders/Invoices tracking page. 1. Go to My Account. 2. Click on Order/Invoice Tracking. 3. Click on My Invoices. 4. Enter the search criteria to locate an invoice and click Search, or review the list of invoices in the Results section below the search dialog. 5. Once located, click on the Invoice Number to review details and print. Quick Tip!: To place a new order with the same items as are reflected on an invoice, click the Order Again button and the items will be placed in your current shopping cart.
My Lists My Lists are personalized lists that you create to store your most frequently ordered items or any list of products that you want to save. Companies often use My Purchase Lists as a means to organize and speed departmental ordering. For example: create a list for the HR Department and add their most requested items to the list. When it s time to re-order for them, save time and find your HR Department list in My Lists and place your order in minutes. 1. From the links at the top of the page click My Lists or access through your My Account page. 2. Click Create Purchase List. 3. Assign a purchase list name. 4. Click Create Purchase List. To Add Items to My Purchase Lists Once a list is created you can add items to the list in three ways: Go into the list and enter the item numbers, browse for an item and click Add to My List or use the Quick Order form to add items to the list. To Add Items by Number - the Quick Order Form 1. Click on My Lists at the very top of the web page or go to the My Account page and click My Purchase Lists. 2. Click on the pencil icon next to the list to open the Quick Order form and add the items you wish to add. 3. Enter an Item# in the Code field. 4. Tab to the Qty field and enter the quantity you usually order (this can be changed at checkout as needed). 5. When you press tab again the product details and description will be automatically populated in the row. 6. Continue to add additional items. 7. Note you can also import a list of items from a spreadsheet. Directions to do this are on the page.
My Lists (continued) Add Items While Browsing the Catalog While browsing through the catalog if you see an item you would like to add to your list: 1. Enter the quantity you usually order in the Qty box. 2 Click Add to My List. You ll receive a message across the top of your screen to confirm the item has been added to your list 3 If you have multiple lists, you ll have the option to select which list you want to add the item to. Just select the correct list and you ll receive the message across the top of your screen confirming the item has been added.
