Home Page A compact navigation bar will help you easily find all of the functions of the site. The button corresponding to the page you are currently viewing will remain highlighted. Browse Products is available on the Home page for users who may not be familiar with the navigation. Also, recent orders will be displayed making it easy for you to track order status. This page offers users a quick glimpse of your data which is currently stored. This section also gives you direct links to manage My Account settings to assist users who may be unfamiliar on how to make changes. Online Ordering User Guide Page 4
Browsing for Products The new enhanced product catalog will save you time by reducing clicks to navigate through products and categories. Some improvements include: -Tree style view for categories -The tree view will remember the last category - Ability to select product thumbnail size - A new View All feature to browse all products To browse the product catalog simply navigate using the tree on the left. You can adjust the thumbnail size to suit your needs. You can also click on any item to view an even larger image. Select Personalize Item to configure imprint and quantity. Another way to select an item is by using the drop down list provided at the top of the screen. Simply navigate through the list and click on the item to start personalizing it. Personalizing Your Item Once your online proof is Approved, you will see the graphic is updated to read Item added to basket from this point you can return to the product catalog by clicking on Continue Shopping or to complete your order select Checkout When you select to Personalize Item you will receive a wide range of options to choose from. On this screen you will: - Select item Quantity and Ship Method - Enter personalization with a real time preview - View preview at different zoom levels as well as have the option to view a PDF file - Compact prompt layout designed to avoid scrolling down the page and losing your preview - If you need to edit multiple items, you can quickly flip through the item tabs provided at the top of the screen Online Ordering User Guide Page 6
Checkout When you click on View Basket or select Checkout from the Personalize Items screen, you will be taken to a page with a detailed summary or your order. For each item you will see a thumbnail of the product, item number, description, shipping options, and price. At this time you will also complete the Shipping and Payment Information. This information can be easily edited within this section. Once you agree that the order is complete simply check the box and the Place Order button will be made available. Once Place Order has been selected, you will receive a confirmation number to reference. On this screen you will also have access to a printer friendly version of your entire order. The printer friendly version of your order includes all of the order details, as well as, item proofs to keep for your records. Online Ordering User Guide Page 7
Order History / Status The Order Status / History page will give you quick access to recently placed orders. When you first visit this page your most recent order will be displayed. If you have placed additional orders, the screen will display a list to the left of the screen. To select another order to view, simply click on the order number, and the order will display on the right. A search feature is also available to assist you when locating an order. Simply select the field in which you would like to search then enter the search value. Online Ordering User Guide Page 8
My Account My Account is divided into left and right sections for easy navigation. The left side of the page is used to select Names or Addresses to edit, or you can use the link to create new entries. Depending on which area of My Account you are working with, the right side of the page will display the prompts that correspond to that area. When working with User & Imprint multiple tabs will display to easily flip through the different types of information that is being stored. Online Ordering User Guide Page 9
