Logging IN GoTo www.bju.box.com 1. Click on the Terms of Use and Storage Policy links and read them. 2. Click the Continue button on the right hand side of the screen. 3. Enter your BJU username and password. 4. Click Sign In. Enter your full email address as your username: username@bju.edu, username@students.bju.edu, or username@bobjonesacademy.net
AddingFILES 1. Select the Files tab on the toolbar. 2. Click the Upload button and select Upload Files or Upload Folders. 3. Select the files you want to upload and click Open. Note: Files will be uploaded to the folder you currently have open in the Box interface. Alternatively, you can Drag and Drop any file or folder from your computer directly into the Box interface for quicker uploads.
Manage FILESANDFOLDERS Click the More Options drop down arrow (to the right of each file or folder) to: Edit Download Move or Copy Delete and more Creating NEWFOLDERS 1. Click the New button and select New Folder. 2. Enter a folder name and select Keep private for now. 3. Click Okay. Sub-folders can be created by clicking into a toplevel folder and following the above steps. 1. Click the drop down arrow next to the desired file or folder and select Share. Inviting COLLABORATORS 2. In the pop up window, type in the email addresses of the collaborators you wish to invite. 3. Select the Access type and click Send (an email will be sent to the collaborators for confirmation).
1. Click Share to the right of the file or folder. 2. Copy and paste the provided link into an email or click the Send button and enter the email addresses of the recipients. 3. Click the Access button and select Set Password (if you wish to set a password for the link). Type a password and click Save. 4. Click the Access button and select Set Expiration (if you wish to set an expiration for the link). Set a date in the Unshare On field and click Ok. 5. Click the Access button and select Set Restrictions for additional privacy options. Shared links allow you to share content with others who don t have a Box account. Non-Box users can only Preview and/or Download shared content. Share LINKS
AddingCOMMENTS 1. Click the Comments icon to the right of the document. 2. Type your comment and hit enter on the keyboard. Navigating YOURBOXACCOUNT Search» Look for certain files and folders based on their title» Find certain words and phrases within specific files» Narrow results by using and and quotation marks JumpToFolder» Click through your entire folder structure to find the workspace you need. RecentActivity» See what files and folders have been recently updated in your Box account.
