Welcome Thank you for choosing mydatavo from Datavo. This Quick Start Guide has been provided as a high level overview of your new, powerful, cloud phone system. Initialize Your Voice Mail This process will take about two minutes.. Click the Voice Mail button on your phone.. Follow the voice prompts to set up your mailbox.. If prompted, enter the following default password: 4. 4. You ll be prompted to record your name and set up your mailbox PIN ranging from 4 to 0 digits long.. You can choose to record a personal greeting or keep the standard greeting with your recorded name. Note: You can also access your voice mail by dialing *8. Alternatively, dial your phone number once you hear your voice mail, hit the * button and enter your PIN. Both of these functions are available after the initial setup. Access The mydatavo Portal The mydatavo Portal is a self-admin portal which allows you to view missed calls, listen to voice mail messages, view contacts, and set up rules to handle your calls. You can access the mydatavo Portal anywhere you have access to the internet.. Go to http://www.mydatavo.com. Enter your 0-digit phone number.. Enter your password. The image to the right shows the five main mydatavo Portal tabs: ❶ Dashboard: See a quick view of the most common functions. ➋ Messages & Calls: Access your call history. ➌ Contacts: Store and retrieve contact information. ➍ Call Manager: Manage how your incoming calls are handled. ➎ Settings: Access your call service settings. mydatavo User Quick Start Guide

Configure The mydatavo Assistant Tool Bar mydatavo Assistant is a thin software client which runs on your PC and offers a convenient and fully-integrated route into your account.. Go to the App tab of the mydatavo Portal and choose the Computer.. Download the Tool Bar.. Click the Tool Bar icon on your Taskbar at the bottom right corner of your screen. 4. Select Configure mydatavo Assistant.. One the General Settings tab, enter the mydatavo Credentials and Proxy settings as shown below. The Options settings can be set based on your personal preferences.
