. WG1 Webmaster Report The WG1 Webmaster gave an oral report at the meeting. A resolution (Resolution 60 -Non-mandatory facilities fees for document duplication at WG1 meetings) was adopted at the WG1 Plenary. Noting that document duplication is key to the success of WG 1 meetings and for the importance of protecting the environment, WG1 encourages its members to use electronic documents whenever possible. Hence for the purpose of providing its members with a facility to improve its meeting productivity, WG 1 direct its members to a professionally managed solution to store, index, process and access such documents for the purpose of decreasing the impact of paper document duplication. Hosts of WG1 meetings are invited to include the cost of the service for meeting documents duplication in their non-mandatory facilities fees as per 7.4.1.2 of the JTC 1 Directives..
