PRE DEMO CHECKLIST Review the checklist below to ensure you understand and complete all tasks needed before your Demo starts. If you have questions, please contact your supervisor. Task Due Date Receive your Demo Kits Your Demo Kit will be sent directly to you; Includes items received in two shipments, in most cases It will include everything needed for a successful Demo Review all Paperwork included in your Demo Kit Use the Demo Kit Packing Lists on page 3-4 to be sure you have all materials needed. To arrive between: 7/22-7/30 Pre-Call your Store as a Straight Talk Associate (share/gather the following information): Be pleasant and accommodating to the Management team during your call. Name of Manager you spoke to: (anyone from customer service is not acceptable) Review the Straight Talk Demo Event Dates (7/31, 8/1, 8/7, 8/8) Mention that you have a Letter of Authorization approved by Walmart Corporate that you will bring with you. Mention the need for a table and ask where to find one. Ask about the best placement for the table (preferably in Electronics near Straight Talk product). Contact your Supervisor immediately of any objections from Management. What to Wear each Demo Day: Black or Khaki Pants White collared shirt Closed toe shoes (no gym shoes) Straight Talk vest with promotional button Straight Talk Lanyard & Nametag (write your name on it) What to bring to each Demo Day: Entire Demo Kit Includes items received in two shipments, in most cases A Table to use for your Demo (in case the store does not have one) Have your Demo Execution Checklist/ Demo Cheat Sheet (page 5 &6) handy for step by step instructions of what to do upon arrival at the store Demo Rules: Work your entire 6 hour shift. Do not take down your table early. Be courteous and polite to all Walmart Staff members. Do not eat at your Demo table Do not sit or use a chair even if a Walmart associate offers you one. Do not leave your Demo Kit at the store. You must take it home with you after each Demo Day. Do not use your cell phone at the Demo Table unless it is your Supervisor. DEMO KIT PACKING LIST- 1 st SHIPMENT Your Demo Kit will arrive to you in (2) shipments. Check that you have all of the components listed below in this shipment. The packing list for your second shipment is on page 4. DEMO KIT PACKING LIST- 2 nd SHIPMENT This is your second shipment for your Straight Talk Demo at Walmart. Please consolidate your first and second shipment into one box so everything remains together. Check that you have all of the components listed below in this shipment. SHIPMENT #2 TO BE RECEIVED ON 7/30 QTY DESCRIPTION IMAGE DIRECTIONS 2 Money Center Table Tent Signs (5 x 22) 2 Money Center Counter Mat Signs (11 x 8.5) Place signs at Money Center on first Demo Day If you cannot locate your stores Money Center, then ask someone in Customer Service where to find it. Directions are attached to signs 1 Straight Talk Shelf Wobbler Place the Shelf Wobbler as directed on page 3. 1 Straight Talk 5GB button (3 round) Place button on the right side of your vest. 1 Table Sign (11 x 17) Place these signs on your Demo Table. Select stores will receive a Spanish table top sign and placard in addition to the English versions. 1 Placard (17 x 11) If applicable, both Spanish and English versions must be on your Demo Table. Notes: If you were booked after 7/30 for this assignment, all of the items listed above for both Shipments 1 & 2 will arrive together. If for some reason you do not receive shipment 2 before your first Demo Day, you are to contact your Supervisor immediately and execute the Demo without it. You can execute the first Demo Day using shipment 1 only. 4

Straight Talk Banner & Airtime Card Audit; and Wobbler Placement Before your shift on your first Demo Day complete the following tasks in order to answer questions #9-13 on your Report Form. Straight Talk Ceiling Banner Audit: Before each Demo Shift, you are to find the Straight Talk Banner hung over the Electronics Department (see image of banner below). Please check to see if the Straight Talk Banner is hung in order to answer question #9 on your Report Form. The Banner MUST say Now with more High Speed Data 5GB on it to answer Yes. This banner was sent directly to the store, and store personnel are to hang the banner. Do not inquire about the Banner if you cannot find one in the store. Airtime Card Inventory : Before your first Demo Shift only, find where the Straight Talk Airtime cards are merchandised in the store. Please check that your store has all of the below Airtime Cards in stock (see images below). Do not count the Airtime Cards, just note whether your store has inventory or not. Answer questions 11, 12 and 13 on your Report Form. Shelf Wobbler Installation: Before your first Demo Shift only, locate the shelf wobbler inside your Demo Kit. Locate the $45 Airtime Card on your Stores permanent Straight Talk Display. Do NOT place Wobbler on any Straight Talk Pallet Display. Remove the double sided tape and adhere the Wobbler to the pegboard next to one of the pegs holding the $45 Straight Talk Airtime cards. Ensure the Wobbler does not block customers view of any Airtime Card. See photo of the Shelf Wobbler below. Answer question #10 on your Report Form. Place Wobbler on pegboard next to the $45 Airtime Card. 5

DEMO TABLE SET UP AND PLACEMENT Position your Demo Table in the Electronics Department in main aisle near the Straight Talk Permanent Display. Position the table in a high traffic location. If your Walmart has a Front of Store Wireless Center (Store within a Store), set up your demo table right outside the entrance. Set up your Demo Table using all of the components in your Demo Kit. Your table should look very similar to the picture example below. In addition to the material in your Demo Kit pull the following items to place on your table (ask for a manager s help if items are locked): (1) Straight Talk Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Android Smartphone (if unavailable, pull the LG Sunrise Android Smartphone, or other Straight Talk Smartphone) (2) Straight Talk Wireless BYOP Kits $59.88 version Refer to your Demo Kit Packing Lists from your first and second shipments for images of each item and more detailed information. Do not use a chair during your Demo, even if a Walmart associate offers you one, and try to stand in front of the Demo Table to look more inviting to customers. Do not place Money Center signs (Table Tent or Counter Mat) on top of your Demo Table. NOT NOTE: Straight Talk Brochures MUST be placed on your Demo Table even though they are not in the photo above. 6

DEMO EXECUTION CHECKLIST Use the checklist below to ensure that all Demo Day tasks are completed. This sheet can be on your Demo Table. BREAKS: You may take (2) 15 minute breaks during your shift. Do not combine the (2) breaks into 30 minutes. Task When to perform Call your Supervisor 2 hours before Demo starts, to confirm you plan to conduct your Demo. Call your supervisor again once you arrive at the store to confirm your arrival. Sign in on the Bright Green TracFone page in the vendor log located at Customer Service. Sign in with your name as a Straight Talk Associate. On 7/31 only, place Money Center Tent Signs and Counter Mats at the Money Center Refer to Money Center Placement Directions in your Demo Kit Money Centers are located within the Customer Service Department in many stores On 7/31 only, check the Straight Talk Permanent Display for the presence of each Straight Talk airtime card and answer questions #11-13 on your Report Form. See page #3 for directions Set up the Straight Talk shelf Wobbler as directed and answer question #10 on your Report form. See page #3 for directions Look for the Straight Talk Ceiling Banner promoting 5GB hanging from the ceiling in the Electronic Department and answer question #9 on your report form. ST Banner MUST say Now with more High Speed Data 5GB on it to answer Yes. Introduce yourself to the Electronics Manager and ask where to locate a table to use for your Demo, and where to set up (preferably a high traffic area in Electronics). Set up Demo Table with components from your Demo Kit. Refer to Demo Table Set-up and Placement Directions (on page 6). Fill up 4 balloons, using the store s helium tanks and tie to the Demo Table using strings in Demo Kit. Pull the Straight Talk product specified (Feature Phone and BYOP Kit) and place on your Demo Table Work with Electronics Manager and do not leave hooks or shelves empty. Conduct Demos using the 5 Steps of a Successful Demo and ST Key Talking Points! Refer to Demo Cheat Sheet on the other side of this document. Keep a Tally of the number of people you spoke to about Straight Talk on the back of your Report Form so you can report accurately. If you speak with more than (1) person at a time, you can count each person in your numbers. Place all Straight Talk products that are on your table back onto the shelves or give it to a Manager. NEVER, for any reason, leave Straight Talk product unattended on your Demo Table. Fill out your Report Form and obtain a Manager s Signature and Store Stamp. The Manager signing your report form must be able to verify your hours. Do not have anyone in Customer Service sign your report form. Report forms are randomly audited for accuracy. Report form MUST reflect ACTUAL Hours Worked Any report form without a store stamp will be investigated. Place all other components back into your Demo Kit to take home with you Return the table to its proper location in the store. Leave your space tidy and clean. 2 hours before Demo Shift Before each Demo Shift Before your 1st Demo Shift: (Friday, 7/31 at 2pm in most cases) Before each Demo Shift begins During your Demo Shift End of the Demo Shift: 8:00PM on Fridays and/or 4:00PM on Saturdays, in most cases Call the IVR to report your shift. Instructions on how to do this are at the top of your Straight Talk Report Form After your final demo day, Saturday 8/8, return your table cloth, vest and lanyard using the Fed Ex return label and return form included in your 1st Shipment.
