Download and installation To begin using, you have to install it on your mobile device. If is not installed on your mobile device yet, use the link to download in the installation package and install. Download mobile client for ios Download mobile client for Android In order for to work correctly on an Android device, download two apps: and Editor for document editing. Logging into the application To begin using, enter your work login and password that you use to log into your work PC. Enter the user name in the "Domain\User name" format. Enter the address of the server at your organization. If you do not know it, contact your system administrator. 6

File Manager General view File Manager lets you access and manage files. To start File Manager, tap the icon and access: LocalBox. Local folder of. Files in this folder are stored on the mobile device only. FileBox. Used to access folders and files on your work PC. This requires installing PC Sync Agent from the User Portal. Folders in corporate resources. Access to corporate resources is configured by the administrator by means of the same access policies as those used for PC access. 10
Managing files supports lock-free file management (except in the case of the copy and move operations). File downloads and uploads are performed in background mode, allowing the user to perform other operations. File Manager supports all the basic file processing operations: creating, moving, copying, deleting, and managing ZIP archives. How to copy, move, transfer or archive a file: 1. Open File Manager 2. How to delete a file You can delete a file by either deleting only the local file copy stored on the device or removing the file both from the device and the server to which the file copy is uploaded during synchronization. This can be done by selecting the appropriate option when deleting a file: "Delete local copy" or "Delete server and local copies". Managing media To manage a media (photo or video), import it from the device gallery or create it using. 13

Color coding of files To simplify document management, uses color coding of files. Files and folders colored blue exist locally on the mobile device and do not appear in corporate file resources. You can manage them via only. Files and folders colored black are available both on the mobile device and in file resources. When an attempt is made to establish a connection and share files, the screen of the receiving device shows a pop-up window with the options to Cancel file transfer, Save file to custom folder, or Show (save files to the LocalBox folder and open for viewing). 17
Mail client Getting started The mail client is a fully functional mail client for managing corporate email. It lets you send, receive, and forward emails and documents and synchronize work email account folders. How to start using the mail client: To start using the mail client, tap the relevant icon on the toolbar. If your mail account belongs to a regular corporate domain, the connection is established automatically. If the mail account belongs to a cloud-based Office 365, you need to connect it manually. How to synchronize mail box contents: Before starting, make sure that the contents of your mailbox are synchronized with the mail server. To synchronize the contents manually, tap the relevant icon on the toolbar. Push notifications To help you manage email conveniently, supports push notifications that are displayed on the screen even when it is locked. To open a message, tap it on the screen. Connecting an account via Office 365 To connect corporate email to, enter the credentials of your Office 365 work email account: login and password. The use of the corporate Exchange server ensures that the same security policies that are used on the work PC are also saved on the tablet PC (mobile device). 18
General view After synchronization, you will see the current contents of your mailbox. To create a new message, tap New icon To delete a message, highlight it and tap Delete icon To mark a message as read or unread or move it to a different location, highlight the message and tap Actions 19
How to create an email message To create a new message, tap New An email message window with standard files opens. When creating a new message, use the corporate address book and personal contacts search. How to attach files To attach files, tap Attach icon, a pop-up window opens. You can attach several files from different corporate resources simultaneously 20
How to forward and save attachments offers several options when forwarding an email with attachments. Choose the one you need. How to request delivery notification If you want to request email delivery notification, tap Settings and choose the option. 21
Viewing Office documents contains a built-in editor for editing TXT, DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX files, adding notes to PDF files, as well as tools for viewing files in other formats multi-page TIFF files, images, audio and video. In document view mode you can: Call up the file editor Move the file to Desktop for favorite documents Save the file to a different location Send by email Rename Open in another app Send via Wi-Fi 22

Viewing PDF files lets you view and add comments to multi-page PDF documents. Viewing PDF files: Tap the left- or right-hand part of the screen to swipe a PDF page forward or back. Tap the bottom part of the screen to view miniature document pages for quick navigation. 24

Calendar General view The embedded calendar enables employees to manage corporate calendars, plan meetings, attach documents, accept meeting invitations without losing the context in which documents or emails are processed. Each user can manage not just his or her own work calendar or device calendar but also the calendars of colleagues or management shared via Exchange. Any shared calendar, much like one's own work calendar, can be activated or deactivated on the go. A day calendar showing the to-do list for the day has been added for more convenient task management. Color coding of calendars has been added for the convenience of users. 27

Contacts lets you access the corporate address book and manage personal contacts. To call up the address book, tap the relevant icon on the toolbar. To add a contact, tap Add 29
Browser The integrated browser provides controlled access to public and corporate resources that are not accessible via the regular browser (Internet / Intranet). The administrator controls access to the Internet / Intranet and various resources. The administrator can deny Internet or Intranet access and restrict access to websites by using a black list. The browser supports multi-window mode and bookmarks. Some of the bookmarks are preset by the administrator. The user can also add custom bookmarks. To open the browser, tap the relevant icon. Managing several documents and emails opened at the same time To manage several documents or emails opened at the same time, use the List of Open Documents. It lets you quickly switch between open documents, email messages, calendar events, or browser windows, making for PC-like user-friendly navigation. How to switch between windows without exiting the app: Swipe left or right to switch between the open windows. How to call up the list of open documents: Use the button at the left bottom corner of the toolbar. 31
Desktop for favorite documents Move documents to Desktop for quick access. How to move a file to Desktop for favorite documents? Open a document in view or preview mode and tap Favorites The Desktop user interface and document links offer the standard control capability that is available for app icons on the home screen of ios and Android devices. 32
Screen sharing How to share a screen supports live screen sharing between ios and Android mobile devices for networking and meetings. All devices must be located on the same network. How to share the screen of mobile devices in real time All participants both the presenter and the parties viewing the presentation need to launch screen sharing mode. To launch screen sharing mode, tap the relevant icon Tap Play to begin a presentation and send the PIN to the other parties. 33

Security Security settings are configured by the administrator. With approval from the system administrator, the user can: 1. Disable the password require for launching the app 2. Set a local password for simplified access to. The user can use a short PIN or TouchID login on Apple devices with fingerprint scanner support. Presentation Presentation settings allow the user to configure the quality of the presentation, for example reduce the quality if the connection is poor. Web client and access to the User Portal General view web client is used to access work content from PCs on Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux laptops. The web client works in browsers on any devices. The server connection is established via the secure HTTPS protocol. How to log into the User Portal: Receive the address from your system administrator. Use your work login and password. The portal offers: Available corporate resources Local resources the FileBox folder. Used to access files and folders on your work PC. This requires installing PC Sync Agent. Personal sources Group sources Client applications: This section contains installation packages of client applications. PC Sync Agent allows users to upload files and folders from their work PCs to a server in order to make them accessible via the mobile client. PC Sharing Agent allows users to share files and show their screen to other agents (Sharing Agents) and mobile clients. 36
Publishing files for downloading allows safely publish the files for external counterparties and set custom URL, link expiration time, number of downloads and password. How to publish files for downloading: Select the relevant file or folder. Use Share 37
PC Sync Agent Where to download PC Sync Agent allows downloading work files and folders into the mobile client for subsequent use. This gives you access to the essential files from a mobile or desktop device via the client (FileBox folder) even when your work PC is turned off. Once you have made the needed changes to the file, PC Sync Agent can send the edited files back to the work PC. Where to download the installation package of PC Sync Agent: User portal -> Client applications section -> PC Sync Agent installer After installation, Agent is available in the Programs menu. How to log into the User Portal: 1. Receive the address from your system administrator. 2. Use your work login and password. How to use PC Sync Agent: 1. Install PC Sync Agent on a PC. The installation package is available on the web portal in the "Client Applications" section. 2. Launch Agent. 3. The Agent has to be configured before being used for the first time. 4. Specify: The server to connect to The synchronization folder (cannot be changed) User name Password 5. Enter the login name and password to log in. The Agent starts running. 6. Right-click the Agent icon and open Settings. 7. Specify the frequency of file synchronization with the server. 8. To synchronize the files manually, right-click the Agent icon -> Sync. 38
Accessing files via Where are the files and folders that I downloaded from the work PC? Open the File Manager Your files and folders are in the folder FileBox NB! Please note: all files in the folder are colored gray. This means that your files are located on the work PC and are available to be downloaded into the mobile client. To begin using a file, highlight it and download it to the mobile device. 39
How to edit a file and save the edited version of the file on the work PC 1. Open a document 2. Make changes and save 3. Highlight the file and tap Upload 4. Wait for the Agent on the PC to synchronize the files automatically or perform synchronization manually 40
How to roll back a file version 1. If you have made changes to a document but would like to roll back the file to its original version, highlight the file in question and tap Download 2. downloads the original version of the file from the PC and saves it in FileBox. 3. You can also tap the icon warning you about the changes made and select the version you need. 41
How to avoid conflicts between versions When you process the same file on a mobile device and on the PC, a conflict between file versions is possible. To avoid this and save the file version you need, offers special IDs displayed in the status bar. 42
