T search by: Plicy Number, enter the primary insured s plicy number OR Effective Date, enter the effective date f the plicy term editin (frmat can be MMDDYY, MMDDYYYY, MM/DD/YY, r MM/DD/YYYY) OR Insured Name, enter the primary insured s last name OR Insured Name & Zip Cde (using Zip Cde in cmbinatin with Last Name will allw fr a mre precise search): enter the primary insured s last name, and enter the primary insured s mailing address zip cde (frmat is #####) OR Last Name, Zip Cde, and Line f Business (using Line f Business and Zip Cde in cmbinatin with Last Name will allw fr an even mre precise search): enter the primary insured s last name, and enter the primary insured s mailing address zip cde (frmat is #####), and select either the Dwelling Fire - Texas r Hmewners (Texas) ptin frm the Line f Business drpdwn Select the Cntinue buttn in rder t prceed with the search, r select the Exit buttn t return t the Main Menu. If there is nly ne unique match, the user will be navigated directly t the Plicy Summary page. If there is mre than ne match, the user will be navigated t the Plicy Search Results page. If the search criterin entered des nt return a match, a message will be displayed indicating n matches were fund. TFP Online Image Viewing Guide 9

The Plicy Search Results page appears: Figure 1-4 Plicy Search Results page ll plicies and/r plicy transactins which match the search criteria, even thse that are expired r canceled, will be displayed. If multiple transactin recrds fr the same plicy number are displayed, please be aware that: The Term Effective Date f the recrd selected will impact which plicy utput/dcuments will be displayed Only utput/dcuments which prcessed n r after the Term Effective Date will be displayed n the Imaging Output page (refer t Figure 1-6) If yu wuld like t view all dcuments fr all terms/editins, please select the plicy recrd with the earliest Term Effective Date. Nte Only thse plicies and/r plicy transactins assciated with yur agency will be returned as a result f yur search. TFP Online Image Viewing Guide 10

4. Select the Select buttn which crrespnds t the apprpriate plicy transactin recrd in rder t prceed, r select the Exit buttn t return t the Main Menu page. The Plicy Summary page appears: New Changes fr all users: Figure 1-5 Plicy Summary page The Return t Search Results buttn is a new feature which will prvide the ability t navigate back t the Plicy Search Results page. This is beneficial in case the incrrect plicy r plicy transactin recrd was selected, and prevents frm having t repeat the initial search. The View Output buttn is a new feature which will prvide the ability t view imaged utput/dcuments fr the accessed plicy; utput/dcuments can then be printed, if desired. 5. Select the View Output buttn in rder t prceed t the new Imaging Output page. If n utput/dcuments are available fr the plicy, the fllwing message will display: N utput present fr this plicy. The Imaging Output page appears: Figure 1-6 Imaging Output page The Imaging Output page is a new page and will display a list f the imaged utput/dcuments assciated with the selected plicy editin. 6. Select the View buttn which crrespnds t the specific dcument yu wuld like t view; this will launch the installed brwser tl fr that image type. Fr example, a PDF image will display using the dbe PDF viewer; a TIFF image wuld display using a TIFF viewer. Fr a list f dcument descriptins, please refer t pages 4-5 f this agent user guide. Imprtant Tip In rder t view imaged utput/dcuments, dwnlading plug-ins r viewers may be necessary. gents are respnsible fr installing the necessary viewers in their wn brwser; hwever, links t aid in the installatin f the dbe PDF viewer, lternatiff viewer, and InterneTIFF viewer are prvided n the Imaging Output page, as illustrated abve. Selecting the G t Plicy Summary buttn will return the user t the Plicy Summary page. Selecting the Exit buttn will clse the plicy recrd and return the user t the Main Menu page. When the View buttn is selected, the viewer is launched and the imaged utput/dcument selected displays: Figure 1-7 Sample Dcument in Viewer Optins t Save, Print, etc. can be selected at this time frm yur viewer s menu bar at the tp f the page. Imprtant Tip Since Internet Explrer is nt prgrammed t be able t read r display TIFF files, the print functinality within Internet Explrer cannt be used. 7. Select the brwser Back rrw in the upper left-hand crner t clse the viewer and return t the Imaging Output page. Imprtant Tip The nly time yu shuld use yur brwser's Back rrw during the View Plicy prcess is when yu have launched a viewer t view imaged utput/dcuments. General Infrmatin I see a red arrw display just t the left f my entry. What des this mean? Hw d I return t previus pages? The red arrw indicates there is a prblem with the respnse in the crrespnding field. Usually, incrrect infrmatin was selected, r entered. dditinally, the field may have been frmatted incrrectly, r required infrmatin may have been mitted. If yu place yur muse pinter directly ver the red arrw, a brief a descriptin f the prblem will be prvided. If yur current page displays a buttn labeled Back r Previus, please select that buttn t return t the previus page. DO NOT USE THE BCK RROW TO RETURN TO PREVIOUS PGE!! The nly time yu shuld use yur brwser's Back rrw is when yu are viewing an image in yur viewer. Yu must select the Back rrw t exit the viewer and return t the Imaging Output page. Why can't I use the Back rrw brwser buttn? Yur brwser des nt ntify Texas FIR Plan ssciatin nline that yu have used the Back rrw buttn t mve t a different page. If yu use the brwser's Back rrw buttn, navigatin errrs may ccur. I need t refer t my Texas FIR Plan ssciatin Plicy, Rating and Underwriting Manual. Can I see it nline? If yu are in the middle f viewing plicy images, pen anther web brwser and select the Frms & Manuals ptin frm the Infrmatin Center menu n the hme page; then, select the Texas FIR Plan Manual ptin. Or If yu d nt have a View Plicy sessin pen, simply select the Frms & Manuals ptin frm the Infrmatin Center menu n the hme page; then, select the Texas FIR Plan Manual ptin. I was in the middle f viewing a plicy recrd and was interrupted. When I came back, I had t lg in again. Why? fter a certain perid f inactivity, yur lgn sessin expires. I received a message indicating that "This plicy is currently being accessed by ". What d I d? This is an indicatin that the plicy yu were attempting t access is currently lcked. Please call Underwriting Custmer Service at (800) 979-6440 fr assistance. Be prepared t prvide the plicy number, r the insured s last name and mailing zip cde. TFP Online Image Viewing Guide 16
