Start a new project estatements is a service provided by your financial institution to allow you to view your documents over the Internet. As an estatements user, you have a personalized estatements home page that you can use to access all the documents archived for you by your financial institution. In addition, your financial institution can send you an email notification each time a new document is available. 1 Accessing estatements You can access your estatements home page and documents through the Internet in the following ways. If you are not sure which one to use, please contact your financial institution. 1. Internet Banking Access to your document may be available through a link from your internet banking provider. 2. Direct Login Your Direct Login link will come via email or will be posted somewhere on your financial institution s website. If you access your documents using direct login, you will need to contact your financial institution so they can provide a username and password to log in and access your estatements. CAUTION: When you exit estatements, click on the Log Out link, or close your browser, to ensure no one else can view your document. Page 2 of 10
2 Requirements To view, download, and print your estatements, you will need the latest supported version of an internet browser tool such as; *Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, **Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari. You will also need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled in the browser option. You can download a free browser or install a free Adobe Acrobat Reader viewer by accessing one of the links below. NOTE: Using Beta versions of browsers and operating systems is not recommended or supported. Microsoft Internet Explorer: (*Windows 10 (Edge Browser) not supported) http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie Google Chrome: http://www.free-chrome-download.com/ Mozilla Firefox: (**Not tested, no screenshots included) http://www.mozilla.com/en-us/firefox/ie.html Apple Safari: http://www.trustydownloads.com/4safari/index.php Adobe Acrobat Reader: (Follow the instructions to download and install) http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html NOTE: If you have browser or file reader issues, contact your institution s estatements administrator. 3 Viewing estatements Your estatements home page has three main areas. 1. Documents This area lists the document types for which estatements documents are available. 2. Unviewed Documents This area includes the most recent estatements documents that you have not yet viewed. 3. Links This area includes links related to your financial institution When you click on the link to a document on your Documents list or your Unviewed Documents list, the document is displayed in your browser. NOTE: If you have trouble opening a document, or see an error message indicating that you need to install a PDF viewer, please click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader download link located in the 2 Requirements section. 4 Printing and Saving Depending on your browser and the type of viewer in which your document is displayed, there are different ways to print and save your estatements and check images. The following PDF screenshots outline a few (not all) printing and saving methods for Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari. Mozilla Firefox is supported by but there are no screenshots for this browser. After trying the steps in the screenshots, if you still have trouble printing your estatements or check images, contact your institution s estatements administrator. INTERNET EXPLORER To print and save PDF estatements, you can use one or more of the examples in the screenshot below. 1. Press F8 on your keyboard, then choose the Print or Save icon. 2. Hovering over the page brings up a Gray Bar with Print, Save, and PDF icons. 3. To print and save PDF check images, you can use one or more of the examples in the screenshot below. 1. Print all checks by clicking on Paged Check Images and then click on the Printer icon. 2. Print a single check by selecting the check number. Once the check is showing, right click in the center of the check and Save picture as or Print picture. GOOGLE CHROME PDF estatements can be printed and saved directly from your browser. The screenshot below gives two printing and saving examples. After going through the steps in the screenshot, if you still have trouble printing or saving your estatements or check images, contact your institution s estatements Administrator. 1. Using your mouse, hover above the estatement and a gray print bar will pop up, click on the Printer icon and then print. 2. Right click in the center of the estatement and a menu bar will appear, click on Print to print and Save as to save. 3. Click on the download icon, choose where you want to save the estatement, change the file name to be something you will remember, open the PDF and print. Check images accessed from PDF estatements, using Google Chrome, can also be printed and saved directly from your browser. The following screenshot shows two methods for printing and saving PDF check images. 1. Print all checks by clicking on Paged Check Images and then click on the Printer icon. 2. Click on the PDF icon, once the check images appear, click on the gray bar and print. 3. Print a single check by selecting the check number. APPLE SAFARI To print and save PDF estatements, use the example in the screenshot below. 1. Hover over the bottom of the page to bring up a gray menu bar; choose the file download icon on the far right. This will place the estatement on your Dock bar at the bottom. 2. Open the estatement that has been placed on the Dock bar. Go to File then Print. This will bring up an image of the estatement where you can either print or convert to PDF before printing. To print and save PDF check images, use one the examples in the screenshots below. 1. Print all checks by clicking on Paged Check Images and then click on the Printer icon. 5 User Profile Updates If you access your estatements from a link your Internet Banking session, you will not be able to change your email address in estatements. Your email address is provided by your financial institution s Internet Banking system. Contact your financial institution if you need assistance updating your profile, change your password, or change your email address. If you access your documents by an estatements web address (Direct Login), you may be able to change your password. Change Password If you have the Change Password link under the Links section on your estatements home page, click on this link. On the Change Password page, type in your existing and then your new password twice, then click Save. NOTE: If you have questions regarding passwords contact your institution s estatements administrator. Page 10 of 10
