CD-ROM Mobile Media Thank you for choosing Old National s Image Services, utilizing the MobileViewer software. You can access images of paid checks, credit/deposit tickets, your account statement as well as deposit transaction data (deposited item imaging). Additionally, you are provided with search and sort capabilities, speeding your research and reconciliation processes. MobileViewer : Installation Process (CD-ROM or WebCD download) STEP 1: Load the MobileViewer application CD or download MobileViewer from the Mobile Media site. STEP 2: Copy MobileViewer from the CD or save (if downloaded) the MobileViewer to a local file location of your choosing (ex. C:\...\Image Services) 2
CD-ROM : Viewing Images STEP 1: Insert your data CD. STEP 2: Launch the MobileViewer from the local file location you chose during the installation process. IF YOU ARE USING PASSWORD PROTECTION, ENTER YOUR PASSWORD ONCE MOBILEVIEWER IS LAUNCHED. THE FIRST TIME YOU LAUNCH THE VIEWER, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE MESSAGE DATA FILES NOT FOUND! SET AN ALTERNATE LOCATION TO FIND DATA FILES? CLICK OK TO SET ALTERNATE LOCATION. SELECT YOUR FILE LOCATION (LOCAL DRIVE, CDROM DRIVE, ETC.) THEN CLICK OK. STEP 3: Load all CD data by clicking EXECUTE or run a query by entering criteria (Account, Date, Amount, etc.) then click on EXECUTE. Criteria Selection ** For more MobileViewer application instructions and features, press (F1) for HELP ** STEP 4: To close MobileViewer, click on EXIT or the RED X in the upper right hand corner. 3
Mobile Media : Viewing Images from Local Repository (Saving images from a CD) Saving images from a CD to a Local Repository STEP 1: Insert your data CD. STEP 2: Browse CD\DVD drive in Windows Explorer STEP 3: Select all contents and copy the data to your desired file location (ex: C:\myimages\ImageServices) A. You can place each months CD data into one shared folder or into a separate folder for each month. It is recommended that you place all data into one shared folder, for you can query across all months at the same time. If you place data into its own monthly folder, you will need to change the source data location within MobileViewer to query on different months. B. During file copy, if you are asked to overwrite any files, click YES. STEP 4: Launch the MobileViewer from the local file location you chose during the installation process. IF YOU ARE USING PASSWORD PROTECTION, ENTER YOUR PASSWORD ONCE MOBILEVIEWER IS LAUNCHED. STEP 5: By default, MobileViewer looks for data where it was initially set the first time it was launched. If your data is in another folder, you will receive the following message. Click OK to set an alternate location. 4
STEP 6: Select your file location and click OK. STEP 7: Once MobileViewer is open, if you need to change file locations again simply click on OPTIONS. STEP 8: Click SELECT NEW DATA LOCATION 5
STEP 9: Select your chosen file location (ex: C:\myimages\ImageServices) and click OK. STEP 10: Initiate research by clicking EXECUTE or run query by entering criteria (Account, Date, Amount, etc.) and then clicking EXECUTE. Mobile Media : Images Downloaded from WebCD Site Saving images from a download from the WebCD site to a Local Repository STEP 1: If you have chosen to receive images via Web Image Retrieval (images available for 90 days) sign onto the WebCD site to download your image file. The file name you are looking for will have disk1.exe in the file name. This file will contain your images and the Image Viewer application. Click on the file name. STEP 2: You should be presented with a message if you want to Run, Save or Cancel this download. Click on SAVE to save the file locally to a location of your choice on your computer (ex: C:\MyBankImages). When you click SAVE, you may be presented with a Publisher message. This is OK and may be due to some security settings you have set up in your browser. If you receive this message, simply click on VIEW DOWNLOADS. 7
Click on RUN from the View Downloads pop up window. This will display the Self-Extractor pop up window. Click on BROWSE to select the location to which you want to save your images and image viewer. Once the location has been selected, click on EXTRACT. Mobile Media : Basic Functions : Checks and Credits 1) After entering specific criteria or simply clicking EXECUTE to view all, select the image you want to view by clicking on the item in the top, right-hand pane of viewer. Your Image will be displayed in the bottom pane. Selection 2) By right-clicking on the image, you will have the options to Print, Copy, Zoom, Flip to Back, etc. 12
Mobile Media : Basic Functions : Printing 1) Select the image(s) you would like to print from the selection pane. 2) By right clicking on the selected image(s), you will have the option to Print Selected. Click on Print Selected. 3) By default, the program will print one image per page, front & back. However, you may choose to change your printer options to allow for 2 pages per sheet, 4 pages per sheet, etc. The options you have will be dependent on your printer. Below is an example of print settings for 4 pages per sheet: 13
Mobile Media : Basic Functions : Deposit Transaction Data 1) After entering specific criteria or simply clicking EXECUTE to view all, select the deposit for which you want to view transaction data by right clicking on the deposit in the top, right-hand pane of the viewer. Single click on TRANSACTION INFO. This will provide a list of the deposited items Selection Right click 2) Simply click the image of the deposited image you wish to view, your image will be displayed in the bottom pane. Selection 14
Mobile Media : Statements 1) If you are enrolled to receive statements, simply click the Statements button to view the Statement Select screen. Select the Statement, then click on OK. The statement viewer will open. From the statement viewer you may view or print your statement. 15
