Wire Domestic Funds Wire transfers are quickly generated by accessing using Tri Counties Bank Business Online Banking. Complete the following if this is the first domestic wire transfer you are establishing and there is no existing wire transfer that can be copied. If much of the information from an existing wire transfer can be used to process the new wire transfer, then use the Wire Funds Using an Existing Wire Transfer procedure. To wire funds domestically 2. Select the New Wire Transfer option. 3. Select Domestic from the Wire Type from-down list. 4. Click the Submit button. The New Domestic Wire Transfer page The fields with an * are required. 5. In the New Domestic Wire Transfer section, complete the following: a. Enter a Transfer Description for the wire transfer. b. Enter a Transfer Start Date or select it from the calendar. This is the date the wire is sent. c. Enter an Amount for the wire transfer. d. Select the Recurring Frequency for the wire transfer or leave as None for a one-time transfer. e. Select the appropriate From Account to fund the wire transfer. 6. In the Beneficiary section, complete the following: a. Enter the Identification Number used to identify the beneficiary. This will be the beneficiary s account number where the wire will be deposited to. b. Enter the beneficiary s Name. c. Enter the beneficiary s Physical Address. d. Enter a Message To Beneficiary. (Invoice information or further instructions etc.) e. Enter a unique number in Beneficiary Reference that may be used for future reference. (Optional). 7. In the Beneficiary Institution section, complete the following: a. Enter the Identification Number that corresponds with the Identification Type defined in step 7b above (usually the Federal Routing Transit number). b. Enter the Name of the beneficiary financial institution. c. Enter the Address of the beneficiary financial institution. 8. In the Receiving Institution section, complete the following: d. Enter the Routing/Transit number of the financial institution that is receiving the wire funds. e. Enter the Institution Name for the financial institution receiving the wire funds. 9. Click the Save button to save the wire transfer and submit later or Click the Process button to process the wire transfer immediately. The Security Challenge page Enter the One Time Password from your token and click Submit. 3

International Wires in USD Complete the following to send funds outside the United States (in US dollars) from one account to another. Use this procedure if this is the first international wire transfer you are establishing and there is no existing wire transfer that can be copied. If much of the information from an existing wire transfer can be used to process the new wire transfer, then use the Wire Funds Using an Existing Wire Transfer procedure. To wire funds internationally in USD 2. Select the New Wire Transfer option. 3. Select International from the Wire Type drop-down list. 4. Click the Submit button. The New International Wire Transfer page The fields with an * are required. 5. In the New International Wire Transfer section, complete the following: a. Enter a Transfer Description for the wire transfer. b. Enter a Transfer Start Date or select it from the calendar. This is the date the wire is sent. c. Enter an Amount for the wire transfer. d. Select the Recurring Frequency for the wire transfer or leave as None for a one-time transfer. e. Select the From Account which the funds come from. 6. In the Beneficiary section, complete the following: a. Enter the Identification Number used to identify the beneficiary(iban/clabe or account.) b. Enter the beneficiary s Name. c. Enter the beneficiary s Physical Address. d. Enter the Country name of the beneficiary. e. Enter a Message To Beneficiary. (Invoice information or further instructions etc.) f. Enter a unique number in Beneficiary Reference that may be used for future reference. 7. In the Beneficiary Institution section, complete the following: a. Enter the Identification Number (Swift Code) that corresponds with the Identification Type. Enter the Name of the beneficiary financial institution. b. Enter the Address of the beneficiary financial institution. c. Enter the Country name of the beneficiary financial institution. 8. The Intermediary Institution section is defaulted to the Intermediary Institution used by Tri Counties Bank. You may leave this information at the defaulted values unless you have instructions to use a different Intermediary Institution for your wire. a. If using a different Intermediary Institution, enter the Identification Number used to identify the intermediary institution. b. Enter the Name of the intermediary financial institution. c. Enter the Address of the intermediary financial institution. 9. Click the Save button to save the wire transfer and submit later or Click the Process button to send the wire transfer immediately. The Security Challenge page Enter a One Time Password using your token and click Submit. 4

International Wires in FX Currency Complete the following to send funds outside the United States using FX Contracts from one account to another. Use this procedure if this is the first international wire transfer you are establishing and there is no existing wire transfer that can be copied. If much of the information from an existing wire transfer can be used to process the new wire transfer, then use the Wire Funds Using an Existing Wire Transfer procedure. To wire funds internationally in FX Currency 2. Select the New Wire Transfer option. 3. Select International FX from the Wire Type dropdown list. 4. Click the Submit button. The New International Wire Transfer page The fields with an * are required. 5. In the New International FX Wire Transfer section, complete the following: a. Enter a Transfer Description for the wire transfer. b. Choose an existing FX Contract from the dropdown or select + to purchase a FX Contract. When creating an FX Contract, fill out the following fields: Description: Contract Name From Account: Account used to purchase FX Contract Currency: Currency used for FX Contract Beneficiary Delivery Date: Choose appropriate delivery date based on currency Conversion: USD to FX or FX to USD Amount: Amount based on conversion chosen in previous step 6. In the Beneficiary Institution section, complete the following: a. Enter the SWIFT/BIC Code used to identify the beneficiary institution b. Enter the International Routing Code that corresponds with the Beneficiary Institution. c. Enter the Name of the Beneficiary Institution. d. Enter the Address of the Beneficiary Institution. 7. In the Beneficiary section, complete the following: a. Enter the Account where the funds are to be sent to. b. Enter the beneficiary s Name. c. Enter the beneficiary s Physical Address. d. Enter the Country name of the beneficiary. e. Enter a Message To Beneficiary. (Invoice information or further instructions etc.) f. Enter a unique number in Beneficiary Reference that may be used for future reference. 8. Click the Save button to save the wire transfer and submit later or Click the Process button to send the wire transfer immediately. The Security Challenge page 9. Wire Funds Using Existing Wire Transfers Complete the following to wire funds from one account to another using an existing wire transfer. It is more efficient to use an existing wire transfer to establish a new wire transfer if much of the information from the existing wire transfer can be used to process the new wire transfer. This section can apply to all wire transfer types. Domestic wire is used in the example below. To wire funds using an existing wire 2. Select the New Wire Transfer Using Existing Transfer option. 3. Click the Submit button. The Wire List of existing wires 4. Select the wire to use by clicking the name of the wire from the Transfer Description column. The New Domestic Wire Using page displays with the fields of the previous wire prefilled. The fields with an * are required. 5. Update any necessary fields 6. Click the Save button to save the wire transfer and submit later or Click the Process button to send the wire transfer immediately. The Security Challenge page a. Enter a One Time Password using your token and click Submit. 6

View a Wire Transfer Complete the following to view a wire transfer. All wire transfers are saved and may be viewed at any time. To view a wire transfer 2. Select the Inquire Wire Transfer option. Enter any of the following information to locate a specific wire: Transfer Description Date Range Amount Range Client Name Reference Number 3. Click the Submit button. The Wire List box displays all existing wires. 4. Select the wire to view by clicking the appropriate Transfer Description hyperlink from the Wire List. The detailed wire transfer information 7

Update a Wire Transfer Complete the following to update a wire transfer. All wire transfers are saved and may be updated at any time. To update a wire transfer 2. Select the Change Wire Transfer option. Enter any of the following information to locate a specific wire: Transfer Description Date Range Amount Range Client Name Reference Number 3. Click the Submit button. The Wire List box displays all existing wires. 4. Select the wire to view by clicking the appropriate Transfer Description hyperlink from the Wire List. The detailed wire transfer information 5. Update any necessary fields 6. Click the Save button to save the wire transfer and submit later or Click the Process button to send the wire transfer immediately. The Security Challenge page 7. Enter a One Time Password using your token and click Submit. 8

Review and Approve a Wire Transfer Complete the following to review and approve a wire transfer. All wire transfers are saved and if you are authorized, you may review/approve a wire transfer at any time. To review and approve a wire transfer 2. Select the Review Wire Transfer option. Enter any of the following information to locate a specific wire: Transfer Description Date Range Amount Range 3. Click the Submit button. The Review Transfers page 4. From the Status column, select the Approve All hyperlink to approve all pending wires. or select the Disapprove All hyperlink to reject all pending wires or select Approve or Disapprove from the Status dropdown list for a specific wire. 5. Click the Save button to save changes. 9

Delete a Wire Transfer Complete the following to delete a wire transfer. All wire transfers are saved and may be deleted at any time. To view a wire transfer 2. Select the Delete Wire Transfer option. Enter any of the following information to locate a specific wire: Transfer Description Date Range Amount Range Client Name Reference Number 3. Click the Submit button. The Wire List of existing wires 4. Select the wire to delete by clicking the appropriate Transfer Description hyperlink from the Wire List. The detailed wire transfer information 5. Click the Next button. 6. Click the Finish button to delete the wire. 7. Click the Done button. 10

Add a Wire Transfer Template Complete the following to add a wire transfer template. Authorized employees may establish wire transfer templates for employees to use when transferring funds. New templates can be established and saved to alleviate repetitive wire transfer template setup. Wire transfer templates may require approval by another authorized employee before they become available for use. To establish a new wire transfer template 2. Select the Wire Transfer Template option. Enter any of the following information to locate a specific wire: Template Name Wire Type Template Group 3. Click the Submit button. The Template List page 4. Select the wire to view by clicking the appropriate Transfer Description hyperlink from the Wire List. The detailed wire transfer information OR 5. Click to establish a new wire transfer template. 6. Select the Wire Type from the drop-down list. 7. Click the Submit button. The New Wire Transfer Template page 8. In the New Wire Transfer Template section, complete the following: The fields with an * are required. a. Enter the name of the template in the Template Name field. b. Select the From Account for the new template that funds are wired from. c. Select a Template Group to organize your wire templates. d. Select a Recurring Frequency from the dropdown list. e. Enter a Default Amount for the new wire template. f. Enter the minimum amount that can be authorized for the wire transfers in the Amount Range field. g. Enter the maximum amount that can be authorized for the wire transfers in the To field. 9. In the User Access section, select one or more check boxes associated with users to enable use of the template or select the Select All check box. 10. In the Beneficiary section, complete the following: a. Enter the Identification Number (usually account number). b. Enter the Name of the recipient. c. Enter the Address of the recipient. d. Enter a note to the recipient in Message To Beneficiary. e. Enter a unique number for future reference as the Beneficiary Reference. (Optional) 11. In the Beneficiary Institution section, complete the following: a. Enter the Identification Number that corresponds with the Identification Type defined in step 11a above (usually Federal Routing Transit number) for the beneficiary s financial institution. b. Enter the Name of the beneficiary s financial institution. c. Enter the Address of the beneficiary s financial institution. Click to establish a new group name. 11

12. In the Receiving Institution section, complete the following: a. Enter the receiving financial institution s Routing/ Transit number. b. Enter the Institution Number. 13. Click the Save button to save changes. The Template List displays with the new template listed with a Status of Approved or Pending Approval. All wire transfer templates remain in until deleted. 12

Review or Approve a Wire Transfer Template Complete the following to review or approve a wire transfer template. To review or approve wire transfer template: 2. Select the Review Transfer Template option. Enter any of the following information to locate a specific wire: Template Name Wire Type 3. Click the Submit button. The Review Wire Transfer Templates page 4. Select the Approve check box to approve the template. Notes: To review the template first, click the template name hyperlink to view the template details and click the Done button when finished. To change the template, click to display the Change Wire Transfer Template page. Enter your changes and click the Save button. 5. Click the Submit button. 6. Click the Done button. 13

Delete a Wire Transfer Template Complete the following to delete a wire transfer template if you no longer wish to use it. To delete a wire transfer template 2. Select the Wire Transfer Template option. Enter any of the following information to locate a specific wire: Template Name Wire Type Template Group 3. Click the Submit button. The Template List page 4. Click for the appropriate Delete Template that should be deleted. 5. On the Delete Domestic or International Wire Transfer Template page, verify that this is the Template that should be deleted. 6. Click the Delete button. 7. Click OK on the message box that 14

Print or Save a Wire Transfer Report Complete the following to print or save a wire transfer report. A report may be printed in either an Adobe.pdf format or saved as a Microsoft Excel.csv spreadsheet. To print or save a wire transfer report: 1. From the Management Tools menu and select Wire 2. Select the Wire Transfer Template option. 3. Click the Submit button. The Wire List page 4. Click to open or save the report in a.csv Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Click to open or save the report in a.pdf format. 15
