Online Registration Help When you click the button to register online, you will be taken to our Dance Studio management system where you will be able: To register as a first time user and 1. Set yourself as the parent 2. Create a user id and password for the parent portal 3. Set up your student or students information 4. Register for classes If you already registered you can 1. Logon with your user id and password (user id is the email address you used to register with) 2. Review your account balances 3. Make payments 4. Update your information 5. Update Student Information 6. Register for future classes. The first panel you will see is the Online Parent Registration panel that looks like this.
To register and set up your access Click the register button the next screen you see will look like this: Enter your last name or a portion of your last and click the Find Me button. The next screen will look like this: If you enter a portion of your name, the search result will return all last names that match whatever you entered. Since you are a first time user, your name will not be on the list. Click the blue text that says I searched and I still don t see my name. When you do you will be taken to the new parent registration screen. (See the screen shot below)
Enter all the information, and click register. You will see a confirmation message, click OK and be returned to the main logon screen. Enter the email address and password you set up during the new parent registration step. You will be presented with the Welcome screen to the parent portal. It looks like this.
To add students, click on the My Student tab. From here, you can add new students, register for classes, and pay your tuition online.
Add A New Student Click on My Students, and then click on Add Student. The following panel will be presented to you. Enter your name and click search. (Honestly, I am not sure what the purpose of this panel is, I will pursue with the developer). When you click Find My Student, you will see this panel. Click on click her to add them and you will be taken to a screen that looks like this:
Fill out the entire form and click Save Student. If you have another student to add, repeat these steps. Registering for classes Once you have added your students, you may now register for classes. Click on My Students and you will be presented with the following panel that will show your students.
Click on Register for classes. You will be presented with the following panel that will show you your students name and all classes that they are age eligible. The system will automatically filter classes, based on your student s birthday and class age restrictions (if they exist). If you have multiple students they will all be listed with the classes they are eligible for, so you will be able to select all the class for all students from this panel. Simply click in the check box for the classes you want to register for. When you have selected all your classes, click Enroll Now. You will then see the following panel.
The amount shown reflects the tuition price after discounts. Click the Finish Registration Now button. You will be presented with the following panel. When you click Buy Now, you will be taken to the PayPal payment panel. The panel will look like this.
If you have a PayPal account, this will be familiar. If you don t you can select to Join paypal and set up an account, or you can select pay with a debit or credit card. Make your selection complete the payment process. You will see a confirmation panel when done, and you will be set an email as well. View account statement If you want to view your account statement, click on My Students, you will see the following panel
Select Pay Tuition and the following panel will be presented to you. This panel will show if you have an open balance (during the regular season, tuition due will be posted to your account monthly). If you click on the green view button under statement, you will be presented with a list of the charges and payments made to your account. You can also pay online from this panel if you did have a balance due.
