Graduate Highlight Lisa Wolf July 24, 2015 - Graduated OCA s Linux for Ladies Learning Track February 15, 2016 - Hired as Support Tech I at Rackspace Born and raised right here in San Antonio. I am a graduate of Judson High School, San Antonio College and served in the US Navy. I found out about Rackspace and subsequently Open Cloud Academy because I worked at a Restaurant across the street from the Castle. Though I have absolutely no back ground in IT, I decided to go all in and earn my Network+ and RHCSA alongside my mother who attended class with me. During the track, I became a member of Project Quest and was still able to work at the restaurant on Sundays. In my spare time, I enjoy watching anime and going on adventures with my friends. I love video games and prefer going to a library than a mall any day of the week.
Graduate Highlight Charles Chuck Rodriguez December 11, 2015 - Graduated OCA s Network Operations Learning Track March 14, 2016 - Hired as Support Tech I at Rackspace I am a three-decades Active U.S. Army, Army Reserve, and Texas Army National Guard veteran plus have worked more than 20 years as a college/university staffer. In 1994, my family and I moved to San Antonio; we love this City! Reading about American and Western history, U.S. national security and defense, exercising regularly, and upward reflection take up most of my free time. My goal is to contribute to energized technology teams, leveraging goodwill and helping users from multiple sectors achieve more protected inter-networked communications. In other more direct words -- I'm wanting to team up and squash us some evil hackers!. Otherwise, I'm rather normal.
